Use of Maintenance Instruction
Maintenance instructions are used to create and follow instructions on environment, maintenance and safety topics in periodic maintenance.

Periodic Maintenance module
On the add or update maintenance order page, the type of instruction must be selected first. With the type of instruction, it is followed that the added instruction is added for maintenance, safety or environment.
In order to add instructions, the instruction code and definition are also mandatory information. The instruction definitions that the personnel who will perform the maintenance in the maintenance instruction card must follow in the periodic maintenance work order are kept on the instruction tab on the left.
The information written in this field is matched from the Maintenance Instruction field in the work order information tab in the periodic maintenance definition card. In this way, the maintenance instruction paired with the periodic maintenance definition will be automatically selected in all work orders to be created.

At the same time, with the "Send Maintenance Instruction Content to Request Description" button on the periodic maintenance definition card explanations tab, the information written on the instruction tab is the work request of the work order consisting of periodic maintenance with the instruction matched It comes printed in the request description field.

By printing the form on the work order page, the form containing the titles written in the instruction can also be printed. Maintenance instructions can also work depending on an approval flow to be drawn on EBA when needed. Any changes made to the instructions will be effective upon confirmation. The revision date, revision number, and last revised information can be tracked with or without approval.
