Meter Entry via Beam Mobile Application

Activation of the meter input on the beam menu and parameter controls​

  • System > User Groups > Menu Authorizations > Maintenance Management > via Web Application Periodic Maintenance > Mass Meter Entry Should Be Marked.

  • General Authorizations > > Common Authorizations > Commonly Used Authorizations System > User Groups > > Maintenance Management Authorizations via Web Application (BCG1.263) - Can enter a lower value than the last read counter in bulk counter entry

  • BCG1.263 parameter is also controlled in mobile use.

Steps to Follow for Use in the Beam Mobile App​

  • Login to the application.
  • Click on the meter entry in the main menu or side menu.

  • Barcode/Qr code popup will pop up.

  • The barcode code can be entered manually or the barcode / Qr code is read from the camera by clicking Read from Camera.

  • When the Barcode/Qr Code Scanned Matches the Barcode Field on the Asset The screen showing the information will open.

  • Select from the listed entity's counters.

  • Last read counter value is written and click Save.

  • After the last read counter value is entered and said Save, the list screen of asset counters Clicking Save on the Return List screen updates the Asset Related Counter.

  • If the BCG1.263 Parameter is Unchecked, the last read counter value is less than the previous counter value and the recording is prevented and a warning is given.
