In the filter section of the listing screens, some fields store their values after the page changes, while others do not. Reason?

Under normal circumstances, the application stores the values entered in the filter tabs until the Explorer window is closed and restores them when the corresponding page is opened again. There is one exception to this rule. If a user is assigned a filter through the user's account, the application loads this default filter each time a page is visited, in which case the user's last filter is stored but not restored.
