What do the flags on the job request home page mean?

On the job request home page, there are three different flags that indicate the approval status of the relevant request;

1st : Rejected job request. The approval status is "Cancel". 2.: It is the approved work request and the work order has been closed. The approval status is "Yes". 3rd: It is an approved work request and the work order has been canceled. The approval status is "Yes". 4. : Approved job request. The approval status is "Yes". 5th: Pending business request. The approval status is "No".
