Two emails are sent when a job request occurs, what is the reason for this?
The application sends emails when the status changes on the job request and work order. This is done when the "Send Email" option on the status is checked. When the email sending setting is active in the maintenance approval status of the work request and the work order occurrence (new work order) status, the application sends one email for the job request status and one email for the work order status. To prevent this situation, the "Send Email" option should be disabled in one of the two statuses.
