Email is not being sent even though the status is marked "Send Email" on it. Reason?

In case of status changes, the application can send e-mails. The process of sending e-mails is subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions;

  1. The "Send Email" option must be checked on the status.
  2. One of the rules on the "E-Mail and Sms Table" tab must be provided.
  3. The row where the rule is provisioned must have a valid email address or informational group.
  4. In the relevant status record, the subject and content of the E-Mail must be full.
  5. The E-Mail sending service must be installed and running on the server.
