Email is not being sent even though the status is marked "Send Email" on it. Reason?
In case of status changes, the application can send e-mails. The process of sending e-mails is subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions;
- The "Send Email" option must be checked on the status.
- One of the rules on the "E-Mail and Sms Table" tab must be provided.
- The row where the rule is provisioned must have a valid email address or informational group.
- In the relevant status record, the subject and content of the E-Mail must be full.
- The E-Mail sending service must be installed and running on the server.
