SMS is not being sent even though "Send SMS" is Marked on Status. Reason?

In case of status changes, the application can send sms. The process of sending sms depends on the fulfillment of the following conditions;

1. The company must have an agreement with an sms sending service and there must be integration between the relevant sms sending service and the application.
2. The "Send SMS" option must be checked on the status.
3. One of the rules on the "E-Mail and SMS Table" tab must be provided.
4. The line where the rule is provided must have a valid gsm number or information group.
5. The sms content must be filled in the relevant status record. The SMS sending service must be installed and running on the server.
