What do the flags on the work order home page mean?

On the work order home page, there are three different flags that indicate the approval status of the relevant request.

1st : Canceled work order. The work order status is "Cancel". 2nd: This is the completed work order. The work order status is "Closed". 3rd: Work in progress order. The work order status is "Open".
