How to grant the user access to only a single file upload directory?

For users, the process of determining the access to documents or document upload directory is determined in the field titled "Personal File Directory" on the "Default Filters" tab within the user account. When the application opens the corresponding user document window, it shows only the directories and their subdirectories in the directory tree that match the personal file directory value specified for the user.
