How Does Status Redirect to Work Order and Job Request?

Until a work order or work request is created and maintenance is completed, related records can receive many statuses. Each time the status changes, the application can send e-mail or sms to the predefined addresses. These settings are made within the status record. When the status changes on the work order or job request, the application checks if the corresponding record has an "Email and Sms Table" line that matches the part, job type, maintenance/fault code or priority value. If it finds a matching line, it notifies the notification addresses in the relevant line.

The application checks to see if there is a row that satisfies the next condition unless it can find the appropriate row; The search operation occurs in the following order.

When the application finds the matching line, it stops the search, that is, only the recipients in one line at a time are notified.
