Why is SMS or E-Mail Not Sent in the Password Reminder Feature Even though the User Has an E-Mail and Phone Number on It?

In order for the application to send E-Mail, the e-mail sending service of the application must be installed and running on the server. Otherwise, the app won't be able to send email. For sending SMS, the application must be integrated with an SMS service that the company has contracted with. Otherwise, the application will not be able to send sms.
