How to Learn License Information?

To learn how many user licenses and module licenses you have through the Beam system; You can access all the information about your license by accessing the System>License Information menu.

After you access the license page, you can access licensing information based on user role types. You can see the active ones in the module usage licenses located at the bottom.

Only authorized user groups can see the "License Information" menu. You need to have "admin" privilege to edit authorization on user groups. To be able to authorize the relevant user group; System>User group>The user group to be authorized is clicked and the "change" button is pressed from the top menu. From the Menu Authorizations section, the system>"License Information" authorization is activated.
