Although I am in the Admin User Group, I cannot see the newly added reports and functions. Reason?

When a new report or function is added to the application, the default authorization value of this added feature is passive. No matter what user group the user is in, they will not be able to see this newly added report or function without authorization. Newly added functions or reports must be delegated within user groups to appear.
