How do I force staff to add the root cause of the failure on the work order?
<
/summary>
<
p>
In the company parameters, the parameter given below must be active common parameters "BC200-check the necessity of cause analysis" can be provided in three ways to query the cause analysis.
Let a fault be repeated in each asset at a maximum limit of x, regardless of any entity. If it is desired to question the cause analysis when it exceeds X;
Option 1-)Maintenance management>
Definitions>
Causes of failure>
Related Fault is entered into. The "110V DC Supply" failure is defined to repeat 3 times in each asset, and when it is 4, to question the root cause analysis. If the cause of this failure is experienced for the 3rd time in each asset regardless of the asset, the 4th time experienced in the same asset. It does not allow the fault to close, receives the following warning and questions the cause analysis.
2.Option) When the cause of failure exceeds the limit of 2 times, why is it not desirable to query the analysis in each asset, I only have a special entity when it exceeds the limit I entered, why I want to query the analysis, I need to proceed with this option. If I say "this failure should be experienced a maximum of 2 times in this asset, if it is experienced 3 times, why should the analysis be questioned" without giving a date criterion, I need to proceed with this option. In the "failure cause repetition limits" tab in the asset card, the maximum failure limit related to the asset is matched.
Option 3) If I want the failure cause I have chosen to be encountered for the asset I have selected at most x times in x days, I should proceed with this option.
Within 15 days, I must encounter the "battery broken" failure no more than 4 times in the same asset. If I want to find the root cause when I encounter it for the 5th time, go to Asset management>
