In Hourly Periodic Maintenance, New Work Orders Are Not Formed Because The Work Order Is Not Closed On Time. What Can I Do?

In hourly maintenance where the work order cannot be closed on time, maintenance will be disrupted because no new work order will be created. In this case, the process to be done is to create a separate maintenance / fault code for each hour and to make more than one periodic maintenance definition for the relevant asset record, that is, the number of maintenance / fault codes. In this way, since the periodic maintenance definition of each hour will be different, independent work orders will be formed. The maintenance period of these periodic maintenance definitions to be defined should be 1 day. In the periodic maintenance definition to be created, the hours of the work order to be formed in the tab titled "Work Order Information" and in the field titled "Notification Time" can also be determined.

An example periodic maintenance definition is shown in the image below.
