HOW CAN MY REQUEST USER SEE THE WORK ORDER OF THE REQUEST HE OPENED?

Request users can only see the job request page. It also tracks the work orders of the requests they open from the Additional Features tab. On the Job requests page, the relevant job request is selected, additional properties are printed.

In the additional properties, the related work order tab opens.

Clicking the Related work order tab redirects you to the work order of the relevant work request.
