Automatic Work Order Closing with Agent Service

The AutoCloseWorkOrder service checks the Work orders that are ready to be closed and changes the status of the Work Order from "Open" to "Closed". After the service works, it sends e-mails to the people determined for the Work Orders recruited.

• Knitter will automatically close work orders with the status of "40- CLOSURE APPROVAL" that have been open for 480 minutes or more. • When the "Activate Work Order Closing Validations" option is selected in the "CLOSING APPROVAL" status, the fields that need to be filled in the Work Order that is taken to this status and saved will be checked as if it is being closed. (Picture -2 ) • Service settings, filters are listed below. (Picture -1) • Filtering can be done by Company, Factory, Consumable, Department, Maintenance/Fault Code, Maintenance Priority, Status Code, Work Order Type and Job Type • Wait Minute: After the status change, the minimum number of minutes to wait for the Work Order is entered here.

The setting made below is as follows, it means that Work Orders with "43" status and "ARB" Work Order Type in Company 200 will be closed if they are still open 1 minute after they are transferred to 43 status.
