UNPERFORMED DAILY MAINTENANCE

DAILY PERIODIC MAINTENANCE ORDER THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE YESTERDAY WAS DONE THE NEXT DAY WAS CLOSED, WHEN THE ORDER WAS CLOSED, THE PERIODIC MAINTENANCE ORDER THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE TODAY WAS OPENED. WHAT SHOULD BE DONE?

According to my scenario, if the "daily maintenance" that was opened yesterday was done in order to get the correct report, it should be closed; if not, it should be canceled. The reason is this: we can carry out checks in the reports that the periodic maintenance opened yesterday has been canceled, and the ones that are opened today are closed and closed. [Optionally, I can query the system about who canceled this periodic maintenance, why this periodic maintenance was canceled. Pros like this available] I can keep track of it in the reports as follows:

WE CAN CHECK THE REPORTS TO SEE IF THE PERIODIC MAINTENANCE FOR EACH DAY HAS BEEN DONE, CANCELED, AND THE WORK ORDER IS STILL OPEN. IF THE PERIODIC MAINTENANCE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE YESTERDAY WAS NOT DONE, IT SHOULD BE SHOWN THAT IT WAS NOT DONE, AND IF IT WAS DONE TODAY, TODAY'S WORK ORDER SHOULD BE CLOSED.

For example, Forklift 6 Months of mechanical maintenance, which should be done on the 28th of the month, seems to have been canceled.

How do I accomplish this scenario?

(BC050) - When Creating Periodic Maintenance, Transfer the Date to be Maintained as the Date of Notification of Work in All Conditions If this parameter is active:

Maintainers will look at the "Notified on" field on the work order and close the work order if the date on which they perform maintenance is the same as the notification date on the work order.

If the notification date is less than the date on which they perform maintenance (for day-to-day maintenance), they will cancel the work order and close the work order when the date of the newly created work order is the same as today's date.
