Activating the Periodic Maintenance Service with the System Parameter

Our parameters, which enable the automatic creation of periodic maintenance, are included in the system parameters.

To do this, enter the Main Menu -> System -> System Parameters.

The following parameters are searched or written to the key value "Preventive"

PreventiveManager.Active:

This parameter must be set to "true". Otherwise, your periodic maintenance will not occur automatically.

PreventiveManager.Interval:

This parameter indicates how many minutes work orders should be created in minutes. If "1" is written, for example, it will check the service every 1 minute and create a work order every 1 minute according to each working frequency.

PreventiveManager.Item1.CostCenterCode:

In order to ensure the periodic maintenance of the assets belonging to this consumable place, the consumable code(s) are entered and work orders are created. If identification is to be made for more than one consumable, the codes should be separated from each other with ","

PreventiveManager.Item1.DepartmentCode:

In order to ensure the periodic maintenance of the assets belonging to this section, the section code(s) are entered and work orders are created. If more than one part is to be defined, the codes should be separated from each other with ","

PreventiveManager.Item1.EquipmentCode:

Only in order to create periodic maintenance of this asset(s), asset code(s) are entered and work orders are created. If more than one entity is to be defined, the codes should be separated from each other with ","

PreventiveManager.Item1.MaintCode:

In order to create periodic maintenance of only the assets belonging to this maintenance code, maintenance code(s) are entered and work orders are created. If more than one maintenance code is to be defined, the codes should be separated from each other with ","

PreventiveManager.Item1.OrderTypeCode:

Work orders are created by entering the work order type code(s) only for the periodic maintenance of the assets belonging to this work order type. If more than one work order type code is to be defined, the codes should be separated from each other with ","

PreventiveManager.Item1.WorkTypeCode:

In order to ensure that only the periodic maintenance of the assets of this business type occurs, the work type code(s) are entered and work orders are created. If more than one job type code is to be defined, the codes should be separated from each other with ","

When changes are made for each of the above parameters, restart should be sent to the PreventiveManager service from within the window services. Otherwise, the change will not be detected by the system.
