JOB REQUEST OPENED STATUS

  • Who should be informed?
  • What information should be included when the message arrives (when the notification arrives)? (For example: entity ID, claimant, date/time of notification, claim description)

CLAIM APPROVED STATUS

  • Who should be informed?
  • What information should be included when the message arrives (when the notification arrives)? (For example: approver, approver's statement)

NEW WORK ORDER STATUS

  • Who should be informed?
  • What information should be included when the message arrives (when the notification arrives)? (For example: entity ID, claim description, date/time reported)

PRINCIPAL APPOINTED STATUS

  • Who should be informed?
  • What information should be included when the message arrives (when the notification arrives)? (For example: entity code, responsible personnel code)

CLOSED WORK ORDER STATUS

  • Who should be informed?
  • Responsible for the work (Be notified as fault closed who is assigned as responsible_by% responsible?)
  • Notify the fault that opened the request (%requested_by%) as closed?
  • What information should be included when the message arrives (when the notification arrives)? (For example: asset code, description of the work done, responsible personnel information)

For each status you want to receive notifications about, you need to keep a document that describes the people to be notified and the information screen.
