WHAT IS THE ENTITY CODE TAB IT IS LINKED TO?

As seen in the entity tree above, there is a refrigerator motor under the refrigerator entity. Under the refrigerator motor there is a motor fan as a sub-asset. There is a motor fan fan under the refrigerator motor fan. We can subdivide the entity in this way. In order to perform sub-breakdown, the definition in excel is done as follows: We perform the code of another entity to which the entity is linked by writing it to the "entity code to which it is linked" tab.

So to what sub-breakdown should we do this? What should be our latest breakdown?
We should define equipment with its own special care as a sub-entity. For example: The refrigerator is defined as an entity in my system with the code "BZDLB.1". The engine, fan, propeller of my 1st refrigerator coded "BZDLB.1" has its own special care. I advertise this equipment to the system as a sub-asset (as the sub-asset of the refrigerator). If it does not have its own maintenance, we do not define it as an asset, we define these definitions as "maintenance fault code" in the maintenance fault code tab in the general definitions template. In summary: if it will not have its own maintenance, we define it in the "maintenance fault code" tab in the general definitions template.

When I select the refrigerator with the code "BZDLB.1" as the asset and select "refrigerator compressor failure" as the fault code, I know that the compressor is faulty in this asset. In my reports, when I select the code of the refrigerator and select "heater failure" in the maintenance failure code, I can deduct the cost of the heater failure that occurred in this asset. Or just by selecting "refrigerator heater failure", how many times this fault has been repeated in all refrigerators, in general, how much can I withdraw the cost of this fault code in all refrigerators.
