BEAM – Dynamic Commands Used for Recipients in Mail/Message Sending (Parametric Expressions)
On Beam, e-mail / notification recipients can be determined as fixed in e-mail sendings such as Statuses and Warning codes, and there are also commands that allow the recipients to be set dynamically. Commands, their use, and their functions are included in this document. When these expressions are to be used in multiple ways, they should be written together using semicolon ";" parentheses. Example: "%REQUESTED_BY%;%RESPONSIBLE_BY%%RESPONSIBLE_MAINT%;". In addition, these expressions can be used with fixed e-mail addresses. Example: "%RESPONSIBLE_BY%; beam@bimser.com; eba@bimser.com;%CREATED_BY%;".
