It may be necessary to open both a CAPA and an action based on a finding that is at the stage of performing an audit, or to open more than one CAPA / Action based on the finding found. In this case, the value of the parameter "Can more than one CAPA or action be opened for a finding?", which is the parameter number 125 on the audit parameters page, "Can more than one CAPA or action be opened for a finding?", can be arranged to be "Yes" in order to open more than one CAPA and Action on the existing finding without creating a new finding for each CAPA / Action to be opened.

In this way, in cases where more than one CAPA or Action needs to be opened over a finding found during the audit, CAPA and Actions can be opened on a single finding without the need to create a new finding for each CAPA or action to be opened.
