Requesting HR information e-mails

In personnel integrations, information and error e-mails can be sent after the transfer. In order to request these e-mails, the QDMS team should be informed about which e-mail addresses these e-mails will be sent via BSS. The mail system must also be active in order to send e-mails. After the adjustment is made, the following 3 different e-mails are sent from the HR system to the e-mail addresses transmitted.
E-mails sent after transfer;

  • HR integration change notification mail; ** If there is a change in the user information in this e-mail, information is given by writing the old and new values. For example, if a user's Position has changed, the user's old and new position code is transmitted as the Changed Area Position. Thus, a position code changer can be applied for this user via QDMS.
  • HR Transfer Change Notification (User Group) ** In this e-mail, the information of the groups that do not have any users is sent from the user groups on QDMS. If there are groups that need to be filled or need to be deleted, you can check them from the e-mail here and add users to them, or if there are groups that need to be deleted, you can delete them.
  • Error notification e-mail; ** In this e-mail, if the application has given any error during integration, this information is given. If you can forward the txt file in the incoming e-mail attachment to the QDMS support team, the team will review and inform.
