User Group Definition
You can find the explanations of the fields in the group rules with their examples below. Equals: When the Equals option is selected, it takes the value that is equal to the code or definition field you have given in a one-to-one format. For example, when you select the equal to option in the registration number field and enter the code 1234 in the code field, it assigns only the user with the registration number 1234 to the relevant user group. Table of Contents: When the table of contents is selected, you can add more than one code for more than one value by adding a comma between them and no spaces. For example, when you select the department field and type the values 1111,2222,3333,4444 in the code field, the users in all of the departments 1111,2222,3333,4444 you have written will be transferred to this group. Resemblance: When the Resembling option is selected, it takes values that are similar to the code or definition field you have given. For example, let's assume that the title is selected as similar and you type "Stay" in the description field, and you have the titles of Quality Manager, Assistant Quality Manager, and Calibration Auditor on the uncan definition page. All personnel with "Stay" in your titles will be included in this user group. It is different: It works the opposite with the similar option. It is used to assign any values that are different from the value you gave to the code or definition field to the corresponding user group. For example, if we assume that you type 1234 in the code field after selecting the Position Code Is Different option, it will take all users whose position code is different from 1234 to the relevant user group.
