Device Module Pre-Notification

SAT > Device Management > E-Mail Settings > Device Preview menu, the roles with the "send e-mail" option are selected, along with the message body selected in the "message subject" field;

If the "Pre-Notification Period" field is filled in the transaction type defined on the device in the Device Identification > Transaction Types menu > EYS > Device Management, the system is based on the value written here.

If the pre-notification period field is not full;

In the Process policy field, the operation is done internally from the device module parameters for the selected devices;

The value written in the parameter value "How many days before the work orders are notified (made inside)",

In the Process policy field, the operation is done externally from the device module parameters for the selected devices;

Based on the value written in the parameter value "How many days before the work orders are notified (made inside)", a pre-notification e-mail/reminder e-mail is sent according to the future transaction date defined on the device.
