ABOUT THE LOGIC OF REPETITIVE RECORDS

In this report, you can see how much the values of a few fields you have specified in the template are repeated in the complaint records opened.

SAT-External customer complaints - In the Recurring records template, you select the fields you want to evaluate. (Ex: Customer-Complaint category-Product.) In the integrated management system -External Customer Complaints-Reports-Recurring records report, you can see how much the selected values are repeated in these fields when you select the template from the filter section and press search.
