Use of Document Type Shortcode in Document Codes

The "Document Type Identification" page opens from the System Infrastructure Definitions - Document Operations - Document Type menu, and there is a "Short Code" field in the document types defined on this page. When this field is filled in and the document code or document template specified from the folder definition/document preparation pages contains "[TIP]", this type information will be replaced with the short code of the document type. In this case, the counter does not come through the folder; For example, if our document code is "[TIP] ###" and our short code is "DTP", the number of document codes created with "DTP" will be determined and the counter will increase over this number.
