Use of Root Cause Analysis Template in Corrective Actions Module

In the CAPA Operations - Root Causes tab, the Root Cause Analysis Template can be used to apply different root cause analysis methods. Upload the template you will use to the system from the Document Operations module. Copy the document ID of the document you uploaded. Open the System Infrastructure Definitions – CAPA – CAPA Parameters menu. Hover over parameter 89 and click the change button. On the page that opens, paste the document code you copied into the parameter value field. If you're going to use more than one template, type the document code for each one in the parameter value field, with "," between them, and save it. Click on the "Templates to be Used in Root Cause Analysis" button on the Root Causes Tab of the CAPA record you have opened in the Integrated Management Systems – Corrective and Preventive Actions – CAPA Transactions menu, and select the template you want to use. The template will be downloaded. After filling out the template, click the Upload Root Cause Analysis Report button on the same page and upload the report to the system.
