Document Shortcut Definition

For this process; System Infrastructure Definitions > Document Operations > Enter the Document Shortcut Definition menu and press the new button at the top right.  When you press the new button, a screen will open as I have attached it. According to the numbering in the screenshot, I convey below which field is for what;

  1. Select Document: Whichever document will be defined as a shortcut, the relevant document is selected from this field.
  2. Select Folder: In this field, the relevant folder is selected in which folder or folders you want the document you selected in field 1 to appear.
  3. Transfer Button: The 2nd item is used to transfer the document to the selected folder as it is. When this button is used, the folder(s) you have selected will be transferred to the right side. In the folders on the right, the system shows the document you selected as a shortcut in the relevant folders. After doing these operations, when you use the save button at the top right, the system will start to show the document you selected as a shortcut in the folders you moved to the right.
  4. Backlink Button: To remove the Shortcut link, you can enter the shortcut definition you defined in the relevant menu and transfer and save the folders on the right side to the left side again.
