OPENING DÖF FROM THE SUGGESTION MODULE

A record opened in the suggestion module can be evaluated as a corrective action and directed to the CAPA module in the Pre-evaluation step.

In order to achieve this, the parameter value 84 from the Suggestion module parameters should be made "Yes".

If the transaction source from which the CAPA to be opened is desired, the relevant process source number should be written in parameter 85.

For the process resource number, System Infrastructure Definitions > Corrective Actions > CAPA is entered in the Process Resource menu. The appropriate process resource number for the DVs opened from the recommendation is written in parameter 85 in the Recommendation module.

After the parameters are filled, the suggestions to the Pre-Evaluation step will be directed to the CAPA module.
