Customer Information Action in External Customer Complaints
In the external customer complaints module, an action task can be reduced to a specific role in order to inform the customer.
During the action planning phase, the action task can be opened with the Create Customer Information Action button in the Actions tab.
Parameters 53, 54, 55, 56 and 57 of the external customer complaints parameters should be edited in order to reduce the action task.
53- If it is desired to open the customer information action, the parameter value should be selected Yes, if not, the parameter value should be No. If the parameter value is selected Yes, the complaint process cannot be terminated without opening the customer information action.
54- It is the parameter that ensures that the definition of the customer information action is automatically written.
55- It is the parameter value in which the role code of the user responsible for the customer information action is entered. If the customer information action is not carried out on time, a warning is sent to the responsible person.
56- It is the parameter value in which the role code of the user who will perform the customer information action is entered.
57- It is the parameter value in which the number of days the customer information action will be carried out is determined.
If the actions are planned and the save button is pressed, the person who will do the job and the responsible person has a duty as shown in the image.
By clicking on the record, the relevant task is performed.
