Risk Modules Report Formats Menu

You can use more than one report template by using the System infrastructure definitions> Related risk module > the Report Formats menu.

In the Report Template field; You must type the full name of the template you imported into the system from the Report Formats Edit menu. For example, you have imported a template named "risk.xlsx" into the system. In this case, you need to type risk.xlsx in the "Report Template" field. I am attaching a screenshot of the sample usage.

First of all; The report template you have prepared; System infrastructure definitions> BSAT > Configuration Settings > Report Formats Transfer to the system from the Edit menu and note the full name of the template.

Afterwards;

You can define your formats with the help of the "New" button by coming to the Report Formats menu > the system infrastructure definitions > the relevant risk module.

When the Report Type is selected "Form-Based";

You can define a template for the report you receive by clicking the "Export to Excel" button in the Details menu > the Definition of Risk Assessment Form > the Risk Assessment Form > the integrated management system.

If you define more than one "Form-Based" template, the system will ask you which template you want to download the report with when you press the export to excel button.

In this report, all detailed risks under the relevant risk main form are printed.

When the Report Type is selected "On the Basis of Record";

Integrated management system > Related Risk Module > Risk Assessment Form Definition > You can define a template for the report you receive by selecting the relevant risk record in the Details menu and clicking the "Print" button at the top right. If you define more than one "Record By" template, the system will ask you which template you would like to download the report with when you press the print button.

The selected risk record is printed on its own in this report. That is, for a single record, the report is received on a record-by-record basis.

When the Report Type is selected "General";

> the integrated management system, you can define a template for the report you receive by pressing the export to excel button in the General Risk List menu > Reports > Related Risk Module. If you define more than one "General" template, the system will ask you which template you want to download the report with when you press the export to excel button.

This report is a general report of your risks that you receive according to the filters you have made in the General Risk List menu > the Reports > the Integrated management system> Related Risk Module.
