About Event Notification Task Transfer Process

If the registration is in the approval task on a user and that user has left the job, you need to transfer the task directly.

You can transfer the tasks of the relevant person via the system infrastructure definitions>BSAT>Configuration settings>Task transfer menu. After entering the menu, select the person who left the job from the To-Do field and press the search button at the top right. Select the relevant tasks from the event notification tab, then select the person who will do the task from the position field to which the tasks will be transferred, and press the Transfer button at the top right.
