Document Status
The Document State object, which is one of the flow design objects of eBA Workflow Studio, is used to change the states of the Document objects in the flow design at a desired point on the flow.
The Document Status object is located under Flow Document Controls in the Toolbox. For the Document State object to work, the object must be included in the flow with connection lines. Thus, as soon as the stream passes through the Document State object, the state of the document is changed.
In addition, the Approvers object is used from the form controls so that the people who approve an eBA document can be shown on the form. However, in order to add a row to the Approvers object, the document state must be changed in the flow section. The document state object can also be used for this purpose.
General
The General tab is the tab that hosts the object title and name information. On the flow design side, it is useful to give logical names to the name and title information of the objects for convenience when editing. In a detailed flow design, the desired object may not be visible by looking at the design part. In this case, the Object Explorer on the right is used to easily find the object. Giving names to objects that will provide ease of development also allows us to easily find the object from this section while searching.
Status
On the Status tab, the Document objects whose state will be changed and the new states of these Document objects are selected. It is possible to add more than one row to the list on this tab and thus change the status of more than one Document.
Plus Button: A new line is added to the list by clicking the button with the plus symbol at the bottom right of the window. Then, on the added line, one of the Document objects in the flow and the new state of the object are selected.
Minus Button: By pressing the button with the minus symbol at the bottom right of the window, the selected line on the list can be deleted
Up Arrow Button: Moves the selected row up in the list.
Down Arrow Button: Moves the selected row down in the list.
Position
On this tab, the Position to associate with the Document Status object is selected.
If the Approvers object on the form wants to show who made the status change in the document, a Position must be selected in this tab. However, it is not required by software to make a selection in the tab
