eBA Menu Manager: Authorization Document

1. Authorization Process in the eBA Menu Manager

In the menu added in the eBA Web Interface, menus can be customized by authorizing by user, department, title, position and group. In Figure 1, after clicking on the Menu Manager in the web interface, in the window that opens, click the New Profile button is clicked.

In Figure 2, after typing the profile information in field 1, click OK.


Figure 3: Menu Authorization Screen In Figure 3, the menus that are desired to be displayed in the profile are checked.

The Authority Manager menu in System Manager is clicked to identify the added profile to users. User, department, title, position and group based authorization are defined. In Figure 4, department-based role definition is made. The department is selected from field number 3. The Web category is selected from field number 4. The profile to be authorized to the department is selected. The added Test profile is marked for webApplications.Test. Multiple profiles can be flagged at the same time. After the marking is done, the icon in the number 6 field is clicked.

Figure 5 lists the roles given on the right. By clicking the OK button, the actions are saved.
