Defining the category on the report screen

What is Categorizing?

You can use this eBA feature in your reports and approvals briefly on grid screens. By categorizing, you can show the incoming data only as those whose Arrival Path is 'KEP', as in the example.

How to Use the Categorized Feature?

I will explain the example through the report. You can use it with the same logic in places such as the confirmation screen. You need to categorize by selecting the columns you want to categorize from the columns such as Flow No, Document No and Arrival Path that you have seen on the sample screen at the bottom.

You can open the Category screen by clicking on the sign I showed in the picture at the bottom.

You can filter your data on the grid by selecting the data you want to categorize on the screen that opens.
