1.Highlights / New Features​

  • 44959 - The DSCLIENT application interface used in the e-signature process has been improved.

  • 64037 � An acceleration improvement was made in the question answering process on the survey module.

  • 66823 - When parameter number 303 on the System Infrastructure Definitions->Document Activities - >Document Parameters screen is "0" and parameter number 292 is "No", "Last Review" appears on the Document Review screen from the Pending Jobs->Document Management->To be Reviewed job. Migration Date" has been improved to allow only the current date to be selected.

  • 65706 - DR10386 - On the System Infrastructure Definitions > CAPA >CAPA parameters page, number 36 "Should the Root Cause entry be mandatory?" (Yes) and the root cause is not defined according to the 220 - Root causes tab appearance condition parameter and the report is written on the records that come to the result report in this way �CAPA cannot be finalized without entering the root cause� error has been fixed.

  • 65706 - DR10386- While using the QDMS application in English mode, when making a training detail plan from the Integrated Management System > Training Planning > Training Plan page, the error in which the title appeared in Turkish in the window that opened after the participants clicked on the "select from those who requested" or "select from those who failed" button was fixed.

  • 65743 - System Infrastructure Definitions > Audit Activities > The error of assigning inappropriate characters to the Question Group Code on the Question Group Identification page has been fixed.

  • 65769 - DR10398 - System Infrastructure Definitions > Device Management System -> Fixed the error that the report template specified in the Report Template File Name field when defining a category on the device category page cannot be used as a report template when the Prepare calibration report button is pressed on the process execution page for a device for which a work order has been opened in the relevant category.

  • 65909 - DR10406 - System Infrastructure Definitions > Suggestion > Suggestion > Suggestion Record Maintenance -> On the Status Change page, the error of not returning to the previous status when a suggestion with the status of "Closure Approval" is 'Return to Previous Status' has been fixed.

  • 65911 - DR10424 - System Infrastructure Definitions > Process Risk Assessment > The error that the fields with the option "Should it be used in Action / CAPA?" on the function designer appear only as a field on the "residual risk" and no data appears in it has been fixed.

  • 65953 - DR10431 - My Pending Jobs > Document Management > The process-related error received when the document is opened from the "Documents Pending Control" task has been fixed

  • 65986 - DR10434 - Integrated Management System- > Risk Assessment > Assessment Form Identification > On the Details page, the error of sub-divisions being wrong in tree list type fields defined via the function designer has been fixed.

  • 66109 - DR10455 - System Infrastructure Definitions > Survey Operations > Question Pool When one of the question categories is selected and the questions button is pressed, the problem of the title being in Turkish while in English mode has been fixed.

  • 66495 - The error of "(Draft)" next to the draft process added to the document from the Integrated Management System > Document Activities> Document Preparation screen disappearing when the document is saved has been fixed.

  • 66620 - The error received when selecting one of the external participants added on the System Infrastructure Definitions > Survey Operations > External Participant page in Oracle environment and pressing the edit button has been fixed.

  • 64759 - System Infrastructure Definitions > BSID > Work and Periodic Inspection > The error message being empty error received during the deletion of the record with inspection records on the Workplace Physician Identification screen has been fixed.

  • 64766 - Integrated Management System > Work and Periodic Inspection > Reports > Fixed the error of the report title appearing incorrectly when clicking on the Rest Report.

  • 65010 - DR10262 � In System Infrastructure Definitions > Document Activities > Document Parameters module, when parameter 166 is yes and a user group is added to the distribution matrix of a document, the distribution mail cannot be sent to the group mail address defined on the System Infrastructure Definitions > BSID > Definitions > User Group Definition page of the relevant user group. The error has been fixed.

  • 65013 - Left menu >Dashboard > Incorrect data in the General Status graph in the Action dashboard problem has been fixed.

  • 65167 - DR10283 - My Pending Jobs > Personal Protective Equipment > Checklist The error of not listing the task details when clicking on the upcoming PPE list task has been fixed.

  • 65168 - DR10297 - When creating a periodic action, the error "The end date of the first action cannot be greater than the start date of the periodic action" when the Repeat period is selected as month and the start / end dates are selected as the 12th month of the year has been fixed.

  • 65313 - DR10306 - In the Integrated Management System > Document Activities > Reports > Draft Documents List, the error of the file name appearing incorrectly when the file is downloaded with the view file button at the top right has been fixed.

  • 65422 - DR10343 � System Infrastructure Definitions > Environmental Risk Management > Field Identification > The error of receiving the data of another list field in English usage due to the lack of module ID control in list-type defined fields has been fixed.

  • 63397 - DR9959 - <KAPATMA_PPARAM> parameter in single reports on External Customer Compliants module When used, it has been enabled to print the name and surname instead of the registration number.

  • 63510 - System Infrastructure Definitions > BSID > Configuration Settings > Transfers > When the back button was clicked from the Transfer Inspection page, the Transfer Inspection page was opened again and the buttons changed. With the development made, it was enabled to return to the Examination Tracking page. When a new Blood Pressure Monitoring and Nursing Service was created from the Infirmary Controls task and the back button was clicked, the buttons on the Infirmary Application Form disappeared. The error has been fixed.

  • 63660 - The error of "Remember me" and "Forgot password" fields appearing on top of each other when the language option is selected in English or Russian on the login screen has been fixed.

  • 63687 - System Infrastructure Definitions > BSID > Definitions > On the announcement creation page, the error that the announcement validity date can be given as the past date, the lack of mandatory field warning signs and the file added in the file attachment area cannot be displayed has been fixed.

  • 63693 - System Infrastructure Definitions > BSID>Reports> The error that the QDMS Usage Report, Mail report and QDMS login report does not work to take the date of the day as the transaction date has been fixed.

  • 63695 - System Infrastructure Definitions > BSID>Definitions>Authority group definition menu, the error of not having a mandatory sign in the group name field and giving an inappropriate warning message when the save button is pressed without filling the field has been fixed.

  • 64040 - Error that a constant value made passive via the database is still visible on the interface fixed.

  • 64074 - System Infrastructure Definitions >Device Management System > Device code change menu, the warning received when the device code change operation is completed, the error of appearing in Turkish when the application is used in English has been corrected.

  • 64143 - DR10094 � The error that the menu icons on the home page appear outside the theme colour and the page needs to be refreshed with F5 to fix the screen has been fixed.

  • 64321 - DR10112 � Integrated Management System > Action Management > Reports > Action Time Dimensional Analysis report The problem that the "all" checkbox brings data according to the value entered in the "Most" textbox has been fixed. In case the "All" check box is checked, an arrangement has been made to display items up to the maximum value of 99999999 that the "Most" textbox can take.

  • 64584 - DR10172 � When the strategic and performance target type indicators on the Integrated Management System > Strategic Planning > Indicator Creation screen were opened with the edit button, comma numbers could not be entered in the Cost Place Effect and Target Effect values. The error has been fixed.

  • 64587 - DR10174 - Selected from the "physician" field in periodic examinations entered by the nurse "physicians who were inactive in the list" was also listed. The error has been fixed.

  • 64588 - DR10173 - When the parametric fields added on the basis of action source are selected as mandatory, the error that can be processed by leaving it empty has been fixed.

  • 64696 - DR10180 � In the results returned from the " MALIYETFromYIL� method in the Strategic Plan Service The error in the display of FONKKOD and EKKOD breakdowns has been fixed.

The error has been fixed.

  • 66552 - For cases where the QDMS survey module is not used, when a questionnaire is created over the questionnaire list in the training evaluation processes and the training is requested to be carried out, the received 'Activity Evaluation questionnaire template must be in standard questionnaire type.' error has been fixed.

  • 66646 - DR10602 - Integrated Management System > Risk Assessment > Risk Assessment Form Identification > Download the template by transfer details template. Data is added to the downloaded template and it is enabled to be added to the system without any problems with the upload template.

  • 65490 � The error that Pop - Up screens opened while using the application in Firefox browser cannot be closed with the ESC key has been fixed.
