Document Management Module

  • 100163- DR13354-�Pending Jobs-Document Operations- When the "List of Documents to be Read" and "List of Important Documents to be Read" tasks were opened from the web browser on the mobile phone, the button was not clear. Design arrangements were made with the development made. In addition, when the viewer was used, it was dysfunctional because it could not be scrolled down. This error has been corrected with the development.

Environmental Risk Management Module

  • 102764- DR13572- Integrated Management System - Environmental Risk Management - Risk Assessment Form Identification - Details - The report format selection pop-up size has been increased for the form-based report received from the Details page.

Process Risk Assessment Module

  • 96314-DR13104- Integrated Management System -Process Risk Assessment - Risk Assessment Form Identification -When the "Revision Change" button is clicked, the revision date comes according to the revision number on the page that opens.

Document Management Module

  • 96317-DR13081- If the application is used in English, the error of missing values in parameter 5 of the document management module has been corrected.
  • 97124-DR13170- The document whose document viewing format is "using pdf" and whose extension is .jpg is automatically downloaded when it is first viewed, but when it is tried to be viewed in English, it is opened as pdf, crushing the viewing format. In addition, when clicking on a language that does not have a loaded file, the English version of the document was opened as pdf. The error has been corrected.
  • 97125-DR13168- When a folder, folder-based parametric field is defined and a title note is entered in the parametric field; The title note was not visible in the document preparation / revision stages. The error has been corrected.
  • 97134- DR13125- Integrated Management System - Document Operations - It has been ensured that the folder treelist on the Document View screen has a page size of 100 instead of 15 by default.
  • 97273- DR13176- Integrated Management System -Document Operations- Horizontal scroll was not coming in the document opened from the Document View screen. The error has been corrected.
  • 97578- DR13219- When creating a new quality record or updating a quality record, when the "View" button was pressed, the field before the extension of the downloaded file was automatically spaced. The error has been fixed.
  • 100143- DR13473- When the application language was used in English, the title of the Pending Jobs-Document Operations-Translation Completed Documents task was in Turkish. With the development, "lblHeaderDilCeviri" label and language equivalent were added to the Language Settings-Document Operations page.
  • 96313- DR13092-For System Infrastructure Definitions-Document Operations-Draft Document Delete and Integrated Management System-Document Operations-Reports-Draft Document List pages, page ref was added and separated from user_settings table.

External Customer Complaint Module

  • 97127-DR13154- The error that the columns could not be arranged according to the template in the output of the Integrated Management System - External Customer Complaint - Reports - External Customer Complaint report has been corrected.

OHSAS Risk Assessment Module

  • 97395- DR13215- System Infrastructure Definitions - OHSAS Risk Assessment - OHSAS Risk Parameters - OHSAS Risk Parameters - "Should the controls tab be used?" When the parameters are yes, the error that the new control definition window cannot be closed when the control selection is made in the Integrated Management System - OHSAS Risk Assessment - Risk Assessment Form Identification control tab has been corrected.

External Customer Complaints Module

  • 97437- DR13205- The error of the work and action fields appearing narrow when clicking the action button in the External Customer Complaint record to be acted upon has been corrected.

Corrective and Preventive Actions Module

  • 97592- DR13203- Pending jobs- After closing a CAPA when opening "List of CAPA's to be closed", the error of not displaying other approvals waiting on the approval page has been corrected.
  • 99557- DR13448- When we open the G8D tab on the Record maintenance screen in the Corrective and Preventive Actions module, if a long value is entered in the multi-text type field, the error of not displaying the scroll bar and close button has been corrected.
  • 101500-DR13542- When we select any action in the Actions section from the CAPA Module record maintenance screen and press the update button, the error that the Scroll (Scroll bar) does not appear has been corrected.

Device Management System Module

  • 97616- DR13236- When the DeviceDefinition method on the QDMSService is used to add a device, the error that the relevant device cannot be added when all mandatory fields are filled in has been corrected. In case of entering category code, device responsible (position code), processing location and status that do not exist in the system, an error was given by the system.

Audit Activity Module

  • 98521-DR13327- In English usage, if the question defined in the System Infrastructure Definitions - Audit Activity - Question Pool menu is revised, the error of displaying the question with the old revisions on the System Infrastructure Definitions - Audit Activity - Question List Definition page on the Select Question screen has been corrected.
  • 98909- DR13368- The error that the "Save" button does not remain fixed as the audit execution page is scrolled down if the parameter value of the parameter 20 "Should the answers be entered from a single page?" in the Audit Activities module parameters is "Yes" has been corrected.

Action Management Module

  • 98627- DR13351- The error in the parameter number 1 "User registration numbers authorised to see hidden actions (write separated by �,�)" used in the use of hidden actions on the Action module has been corrected. When we enter the registration number value that we want to see hidden actions in the form of 4696, 4593, 4123 in the parameter, if there are registration numbers such as 46, 45, 41 in the system, the error that these registration numbers can also see hidden actions has been corrected.
  • 99168- DR13357- In the action records opened from the risk module, the error of opening the "Reference Record Information" tab at the top of the page on the opening approval and closing approval pages has been corrected.

Suggestion System Module

  • 98892- DR13363- It has been corrected that the list-type parametric fields added to the Suggestion Definition page give an error in the mobile application.
  • 98894- DR13360- System Infrastructure Definitions - Suggestion - Suggestion Parameters The error of selecting the action status when the parameter value of the parameter 99 "Can the action be sent to planning in Earnings / Cost analysis?" is "No" has been corrected.

Environmental Risk Management Module

  • 101507-DR13545- Integrated Management System - Environmental Risk Management - Risk Assessment Form - Details - The error received when a form-based report is requested has been corrected.

System Infrastructure Definitions Module

  • 98525- DR13320- In the System Infrastructure Definitions module parameters, the parameter 103 "Role to be used to find the supervisor when personnel information changes" was not working. With the development made, it has been ensured that when the user defined in the application is deactivated, e-mails can be sent to users with the relevant role and e-mail address defined.
  • 100155- DR13430- System Infrastructure Definitions - Bimser System Infrastructure Definitions- Configuration Settings - In the Parameters menu, if the parameter value of the parameter 76 "Should Additional Fields be Used in Personnel Identification?" parameter is "No", the error of not hiding the "Additional Information" button from the System Infrastructure Definitions - Bimser System Infrastructure Definitions- Definitions - Personnel Identification page has been corrected.
