1.Highlights / New Features​

  • 59851 - DR9289- On the System Infrastructure Definitions -> Document Activities-> Document Parameters page, spelling errors in the parameter descriptions numbered 100 (Should the folder selection screen be hidden during document registration maintenance and revision?) and 331 (Should the save and continue button be used on the document preparation page?) have been edited.

  • 60867 - An improvement has been made to delete the data in the USER_SETTINGS table of the grid in the selected module when the grid in the table tab is selected in the System Infrastructure Definitions->BSID ->Configuration Settings-> Language settings menu and the reset user settings button is pressed.

  • 61842 - DR9653- Improvement has been made to remove the password subject from the data received as a result of the GetUsers() method.

  • 53177 - System Infrastructure Definitions -> BSID -> Reports-> In the task transfer report, an improvement has been made to separate task transfer and approval transfer records by adding a transaction type column.

  • 53679 - DR8888- In English installations, the report template parameters of CAPA and Customer Complaint modules have been improved to be defined with the English report format value.

  • 62178 - DR9739- A method using the "get link" feature has been defined on CAPA, Customer Complaints, Suggestion, Action, Document, Risk modules. With the defined method, it is enabled to generate a link like the get link function used on the web.

3.1.Web Interface​

  • 53342 - When we move the columns in the table one step up in the QDMS product, the problem of excessive spaces appearing has been resolved.

  • 59827 - DR9337- Action and root cause are not defined in My Pending Jobs -> Corrective and Preventive Actions -> CAPA's List to be closed. With the "Return to CAPA'e Open Status" button, it has been enabled to fall as a task to the team leader as "CAPA to plan root cause and action" in my pending jobs.

  • 59913 - DR9346- On the Integrated Management System -> Document Activities -> Document View page, the printing error has been solved when we want to print documents that have 'Additional Documents' in the document but do not have Print authorisation.

  • 59914 - DR9351- Integrated Management System -> Corrective and Preventive Actions -> Reports -> In the Corrective and Preventive Action Report, the values of the List field in the risk type fields have been replaced.

  • 60048 - DR9393- The error received during the bulk cancellation process when the records to be processed on the System Infrastructure Definitions-> Action -> Action Cancel page are selected from different pages has been fixed.

  • 60111 - The error message received when the password information is entered incompatible on the System Infrastructure Definitions -> BSID->Definitions->Personnel identification page has been corrected.For incompatible password information, 'The passwords you entered do not match.' For the password that does not match the minimum number of characters, it has been ensured that a warning is given as 'The number of characters in your password is smaller than required'.

  • 60419 - DR9472- System Infrastructure Definitions-> BSID > Configuration Settings-> Parametric field ->Field definition page, System Infrastructure Definitions-> BSID > Configuration Settings-> Parametric field - A query tree type field defined from the function designer menu in the department definition function does not appear in the grid on the department definition page when Show in grid is selected. The error has been corrected.

  • 60632 - In Integrated Management System -> Document Activities-> Document Change Request page, "User-set clear button etc." buttons have been added. Integrated Management System -> Document Activities-> Document Change Request -> In the new "Document Change Requests" table, "User-set clear button etc." buttons have been removed. Integrated Management System -> Document Activities-> Document Change Request -> In the new "Document Change Requests" table - New/Update - Additional files tab, the "User-set clear button etc." buttons have been removed. Integrated Management System -> Document Activities->Document Change Request -> In the new "Document Preparation Requests" table - New/Update - In the additional files tab, the "User-set clear button etc." buttons have been removed. (If 10 digits are required, it is saved with 5.) The error page error received when the relevant record is opened with edit has been prevented.

  • 60836 - Oracle -> Integrated Management System->Document Activities->Document Preparation page, the error of clicking the save as draft button more than once has been resolved.

  • 60837 - DR9530- Integrated Management System-> Risk Assessment -> Risk Assessment -> Defining Risk Assessment Form -> When defining a forum on the Details page, an action is created from the precautions tab. This action is closed. As a result, the definition field information for the new action created automatically is taken from the value of the parameter "94 - Action description to be used in #CODE2# request". If the language used during the transactions in the mails produced if the day of the relevant action has passed is English, it is ensured that the English equivalent of this field in the parameter is printed in the English mail transmitted by the system. (Action Description field is created in English.)

  • 60838 - DR9532- Improvements have been made in memory management to optimise memory usage in the QDMS service.

  • 61258 - Integrated Management System->Document Activities -> The error of downloading an empty zip file that we want to download a document without print authorisation in the documents in the Additional Documents tab in Document Viewing has been solved. If only additional documents without print authorisation are to be downloaded, an authorisation error has been provided.

  • 61313 - DR9608- An authorisation error has been fixed when a user who has menu authorisation but is not an administrator wants to view the CAPAs added to the notification.

  • 61315 - DR9593- The error received when filtering according to z axis on the Integrated Management System->CAPA -> Reports -> Maximum Analysis page has been fixed.

  • 61354 - DR9611- The error of not being able to search by pressing the ENTER button after entering data in the document search field on the main screen has been corrected.

  • 61405 - DR9619- When opening a CAPA via Integrated Management System->Audit Activities -> Pending Audits -> Perform -> Findings, people who were in the information area could be added again. This situation has been corrected and the error has been fixed.

  • 61465 - DR9622- Due to the tree structure of the Integrated Management System->Document Activities->Document Viewing page, the page size has been changed from 10 to 100 by default.

  • 61704 - DR9663- System Infrastructure Definitions - > Risk Assessment -> Function Designer -> Buttons - > When defining a new button, the "New Status" field could be left blank. This field has been made mandatory.

  • 61759 - In the BSID->Definitions->Expense Location screen, when the inactive expense location was opened with the "Change" button, its status was active. The error has been fixed.

  • 62047 - Integrated Management System-> Document Activities-> Document Preparation, Document Revision,Document Cancellation, Folder Definition Due to the tree structure of the pages, it is ensured that the page size is 100 instead of 10 by default.

  • 62166 - The error in the warning message received when the values entered in the New password field are different from each other during the operation from the Account Transactions->Password change menu has been fixed.

  • 62173 - DR9743- The error of not reflecting the fields of the event notification module with Id number 87 installed with Module Creator to KDYS373_87_PARAM and KDYS373_87_PARAM_17 tables has been fixed.

  • 62481 - System Infrastructure Definitions->Document Activities ->The error that one day before the transaction date can be given as the date in the process of creating a timed link on the document link screen has been fixed.

  • 62533 - System Infrastructure Definitions->Document Activities->The error of using \/:;*?"<>+%&| characters in the new document code field on the document code change page has been fixed.

  • 62639 - System Infrastructure Definitions->Document Activities-> Distribution Location Identification page Fixed an error where a passive distribution location was listed on the Distribution Location selection screen on the Integrated Management System ->Document Activities-> Document Preparation - >Controlled Copy tab.

  • 62742 - DR9857- On the page Integrated Management System ->Document Activities> Quality Records>Quality Record Operations, the letter 'D' in the column has been removed.

  • 61674 - DR9651-The requirement to appear connected to the fields defined by date type has been set to be written and executed. Example: If the following formula is written in the A field, the A field in which the condition is met is displayed. ([TRH]-[6])> [TRH] and [6] date-type fields.

  • 61702 - DR9659- If a user without menu authority grants power of attorney, the bug where the user receiving power of attorney could not switch between proxy sessions has been fixed.

  • 62353 - DR9780- Risk type field multiplexing error has been corrected in the record-based reports received on the Integrated Management System -> Risk Assessment -> Details page.

  • 62709 - DR9846- The problem of trend tags appearing empty on the Integrated Management System -> Risk Assessment -> Reports -> General risk list has been fixed.

  • 62713 - DR9849- In the Integrated Management System -> Audit Activities -> Audit Plans page, the error where the table columns appear with spaces has been resolved. If there are spaces, the "Clear User Settings" button should be pressed.

  • 62828 - When the rejection is made for the "Physician Assignment Approval" in the Pending Task->Approval Pending Task Assignment List, there is no indication that the "Reason for Rejection" is mandatory. When the rejection confirmation button was pressed, there was no warning on the application screen that the required field was not filled. The error has been fixed.

  • 63232 - In the page that appears via Integrated Management System -> Risk Assessment -> Risk Assessment Form Definition -> Details -> View, the order of the approvers is from last to first (desc).

  • 63527 - My Pending Jobs - >Document Activities-> Document Preparation Requests, the "Request to Go User" field, which appeared blank in the pending preparation request for approval, has been removed.

  • 60646 - The error of a second scroll occurring during search in Personnel selection modals within the application has been corrected.

  • 61108 - DR9579- The invalid number error received on the Action Management dashboard screen has been corrected.

  • 61877 - DR9679- In the Integrated Management System-> Risk Assessment -> Risk Assessment Form -> Details - menu, click on the Create Template button. The problem of not displaying the On the incoming Excel status column has been resolved.

  • 62307 - DR9761- Among the CAPA parameters, parameter value 151 "Only the team leader should be able to perform root cause analysis" is selected as "No". The problem of the team member not being able to add a root cause when an action is opened for the team member for the record in the closing step has been resolved.

  • 62598 - The error message received when the old folder code is written incorrectly or left blank in the downloaded template in the System Infrastructure Definitions -> Document Activities -> Multiple Document Code Change menu has been corrected.

  • 63091 - DR9907- It has been ensured that the activation and visibility of the precautions tab can be adjusted according to the values in the parameters 102 - "Status codes where the precautions tab will be active (Write with comma)" and 164 - "Statuses where precautions can be seen (Write with comma)" from the risk assessment parameters.

  • 62221 - DR9753- Event notification V2 module has been created and detail forms can be created on a fixed main form.

  • 62595 - System Infrastructure Definitions->BSID->Document Activities->Document Activities->The error of saving the name of the document empty when the document name is left empty when changing the document code in the document code change menu has been fixed.
