Document Activities Module

  • 91064-DR12749- There was no data in the approvers column on the Integrated Management System-Document Activities-Quality Record-Quality Record Report screen. The error has been corrected.
  • 89529-DR12654- The incorrect operation of parameter number 51 "Configure security when converting to PDF? (Y/N)" from the Document Management module parameters has been corrected.
  • 82610-DR12342- When the document in the My Pending Jobs-Document Transactions-Documents Pending Cancellation Approval task is suspended, its status is still active. The error has been corrected.
  • 84063-DR12431- Improvement work was carried out during the document publishing stages.
  • 83674-DR12372- The error where the tags of the downloaded document were replaced during the check phase When the document type is template, parameter number 108 is "No" and the confirmation format is left blank has been fixed.
  • 82702-DR12349- The error in which the 'Arkazemin Text Font Size' parameter number 71, which is one of the Document Management module parameters, was not reflected in documents printed in Word format has been corrected.
  • 83958- When parameter number 381 "Will authorization be checked when selecting documents?" on the System Infrastructure Definitions-Document Activities-Document Parameters screen is selected as "No", canceled and deactivated documents are also listed on the docusec.aspx screens. The error has been corrected.
  • 81038-DR12230- The display problem of documents written with Univers-light-condensed font has been fixed.
  • 75663-DR11798- An error in the Document Summary List report and Document Status Report, which are among the reports belonging to the Document Management module, working with menu authority has been corrected
  • 75333-DR11770- The error in which the change made in the position and attendance policy in the opinion matrix of the document folder was not reflected in the opinion matrix during the revision of a document in the folder has been corrected.

Training Planning Module

  • 88307-DR12546- The error in which survey questions could not be saved during the activity evaluation process of the Training Planning module has been corrected.
  • 91064-DR12708- The bug where time information was not visible in the training invitation sent to participants in the Training Planning module has been corrected.

Internal Customer Complaints Module

  • 84642-DR12453- The error in which the automatic actions opened by using parameter number 83 "Automatic Action (0 Never, 1 Depending on the User, 2 Always)" from the External Customer Complaint Module parameters was not opened indicating the complaint record code and action code has been corrected.

Audit Activity Module

  • 82475-DR12323- When the actions opened from the findings tab of the Integrated Management System - Audit Activities - My Pending Audits - Audit Performing page are delayed and the end date is revised, the error of the action end date being empty in the report received from the Integrated Management System - Audit Activities - Reports - Audit Finding Report page has been corrected.

System Infrastructure Definitions Module

  • The error of not being able to perform a speed search when logging in with a proxy user has been corrected.

Corrective and Preventive Actions Module

  • Integrated Management System - OHS Risk Assessment - Risk Assessment Form Definition page, when you want to get a form-based report, the error of not printing CAPA information under the <PLANLANAN_ONLEMLER> tag and printing only action information has been corrected.
  • 77380-DR11946- CAPA Module parameters number 233: 'Send deadline reminders continuously?' An improvement has been made so that when the '(Y/N)' parameter value is "Yes", the deadline reminder notification is sent every day, and when the parameter is "No", it is sent once.

Action Management Module

  • 86721-DR12516- During the Action Routing process, pressing the save button more than once is prevented.

Survey Operations Module

  • 87589-DR12535- The error in listing all users who answered the survey when clicking the "Show Answer" button on the survey report page for the standard survey type on the Integrated Management System - Survey Transactions - Survey Results page has been corrected.

External Customer Compliants

  • 82616- DR12328- The error where files could not be added to the �yenimsolu�tur� method via the MSWs/Main.asmx service has been corrected.
