  • 46546 - DR7041 In the Action Management module parameters number 158, "Can the revision end date be selected before the end date in the delay process?" parameter has been added. When the parameter value is 'No', if you want to delay the action to a date earlier than the date on which the action is delayed, as before, while delaying the action, "Revision completion date cannot be the same date as the End date or a date earlier." In the CAPA module, a sequence number column, like an action, has been added to the root cause field. They are numbered according to their CAPA number. Integrated Management System-Corrective and Preventive Actions-Reports-Display pages where the No field in kdys077 appears has been corrected to include the Sequence No data. In the Customer Complaints module, a sequence number column, like an action, has been added to the root cause field. They are numbered according to MSKOD. Since KOKNO is used instead of the No field in kdys060 in the Customer Complaints module in the reports and display screens, and there is a fiction breakdown logic accordingly, no changes have been made in the relevant fields.

  • 53263 - DR8807- A web service method has been developed for the Device Management System module as follows. o You can create new work orders via web service with CreateWorkOrder method. The method takes process type code, device codes (as a list), process responsible (position code), planned process date, process location type, process location, process location description, notes and registration number of the person entering the system as parameters. You can view the created work order on the web. o You can close the work orders opened via CloseWorkOrder method. The method takes device code, transaction number, transaction code for the device, transaction description, certificate number, transaction date, new responsible, new department, new location description, transaction cost, transaction cost unit, file name if certificate will be uploaded, certificate file (in bytes), optional parametric fields and registration number of the person entering the system as parameters. After the method is executed, if there is an approval flow, the system starts the approval flow as in the web. If there is no approval flow, it closes the work order directly. o Certificates can be added to open work orders via AddWorkOrderCertificate method. The method expects device code, transaction number, certificate file name and certificate file (in bytes) as parameters.

  • 75813 - DR11795 - System Infrastructure Definitions - BSID - Configuration Settings - Language Settings page has been developed so that each tab can be exported to excel separately.

  • 77560 - The default value of the feature of showing Ensemble pending jobs in QDMS pending jobs has been set to passive. Due to performance problems, the relevant feature was disabled for existing customers.

  • 48921 - DR7793- The problem that there is no data about the evaluation when the View CAPA record button is clicked when the activity evaluation is made in the CAPA Module and at the same time the evaluation made in the CAPA activity evaluation report cannot be accessed has been corrected.
