1. Fixes​

System Infrastructure Definitions Module

  • 161406-DR17493-The page refresh issue that occurred when clicking on the task “Documents awaiting approval in French” and attempting to approve the document has been fixed.
  • 163845-DR17683-If the module manager is in the user group that will not receive delay emails, the delay email will not be sent.
  • 165161-DR17827-The error encountered when clicking the proxy login button on the login page on behalf of another user has been fixed, ensuring that system infrastructure module administrators are not required to search for proxy records or proxy periods when logging in as a proxy.

Document Management Module

  • 168131-DR17871-When the approver role is selected on the folder, the issue of the training manager being added to the approval matrix even if no title is selected in the training tab has been resolved.
  • 168132-DR17869-When you upload an Excel document to QDMS and click the “Show published version” button during the approval stage, an error occurs due to Aspose. The issue has been resolved in package 5.27.0.1, which now allows the document to be viewed and approved.
  • 168237-DR17884-In the document preparation request process on the document viewing page, the file added to the request can be viewed by the relevant user who will prepare the document after the request is approved, using the “View File” button in the stored documents.
  • 169374-DR17936- In Document Management, the value of the parameter “Will the Important Document function be used in the distribution matrix?” (No. 273) was checked, and the task was created or not created according to the parameter value.

Corrective and Preventive Actions Module

  • 164811-DR17765-When action delay approval is used, if the user in the role is sent to the approval process for the section where the user is not authorized, and there is no approver in the user group, an “approval flow error” warning is displayed.

Action Management Module

  • 171750-DR17991-Logging has been enabled for action items opened from mobile devices, and the logs are visible in the action history.

Customer Complaints Module

  • 165160-DR17829-The error encountered during the opening approval process has been resolved when the parameter value for customer complaint number 149, “Should digital signatures be required for external customer complaint approvals?”, is set to ‘Yes’.

Audit Activities Module

  • 164946-DR17797-In the Audit Activities module, if the start and end dates for a one-month audit are in different months, the time schedule report shows the period up to the end of the month in which the start date falls, and the period in the other month in which the audit takes place is shown in that month.

Training Planning Module

  • 165159-DR17831-When using QDMS in English and other languages, after clicking the “Details” button on the training plan page in the training planning module, clicking the “Open multiple training” button adds the language equivalents of the fields displayed in Turkish on the page that opens.

OHS Risk Assessment Module

  • 164808-DR17771-If the image added to the title field is larger than a certain size, the original image can be downloaded using the “download” button.
  • 164810-DR17768-Risk approval processes can now be performed without errors based on the tab order parameter numbered 224.
  • 165017-DR17593-If single quotation marks (') were used in the values of related fields, automatic value transfer to the related field was enabled to display the values.
