1. Highlights / New Features

External Customer Complaint Module

  • 114518- DR14471- In the External Customer Complaints module, the ‘201-Complaint risk relationship is established?’ parameter has been created for the use of associated risk, and if the parameter value is selected as ‘No’, it has been ensured that the ‘Associated Risk’ tab is not active at any stage of customer complaints transactions.

Event Notification Module

  • 114881- DR14475- If the TC. identification number information of the personnel selected in the risk assessment form is full, the <ALANX_TCKN> tag has been added to the report formats in order to be clearly printed on the reports received on the form basis, record basis and general risk list.

2. Improvements

External Customer Complaint Module

  • 115866- In External Customer Complaints module, parameter 202 ‘Should long text fields be shortened in reports?’ has been added. If the parameter value is ‘Yes’, the complaint code is given to the general report as a filter in the customer complaints module and acceleration work is done on the report.
  • 120886- DR14798- Acceleration work has been done on Corrective Preventive Action Report and CAPA Action Report 3.

3. Fixes

Document Management Module

  • 111408- DR14392- It was ensured that pagination (different page sizes by adding different numbers of reviewers) works in the opinion grid on the document preparation page.
  • 114397- DR14456- When ‘Manual Rev No’ is used in the document and A is given as the revision number; After the document is sent for approval, the error received in Document Management - Reports - Approval Pending Document List has been corrected.
  • 114980- DR14500- In cases where the value of the parameter 24 ‘Revision Number Type Numeric (N), Alphanumeric (A)’ from the Document Management parameters is ‘A’ and the value of the parameter 25 ‘Alphanumeric revision number character set’ is used, it has been ensured that the value comes as AlphaNumeric in the revision stages, and entering a numeric type value has been prevented. In the same way, it was ensured that the same control is valid in cases where the ‘Revision No’ field is selected as ‘Manual’ from the folder settings, and when the revision is started, the revision no field is empty and the user can enter the value A.
  • 117682- DR14663- It has been ensured that the changes made when user group/user changes are made on the draft document for the pre-control and control steps used when preparing documents in the Document Management module are used on the document flow.

Training Management Module

  • 111324- DR14371- When the training request is rejected with the Rejection Cancellation option, it has been ensured that the ‘Reason for Rejection, Rejector and Rejection Date’ information of the record whose rejection cancellation is given is displayed on the requests page.
  • 115136- DR14529- In the Training Planning module, the task of ‘Personnel to be Planned for Training’ was rejected.

Action Management Module

  • 109164-DR14352- When the action item is created as hidden by selecting the ‘Only Specified’ option while creating the action item, it has been ensured that the user who enters the action item into the system can view the items he created.
  • 117494- DR14609- The error of clicking the ‘Save’ button more than once when defining an action item has been corrected.
  • 117684- DR14673- The error of not showing the title note in the use of resource-based parametric fields has been corrected.

Strategic Planning Module

  • 109167-DR14328- In the ‘Budget Monitoring at Strategic Plan Level’ and ‘Multi-Year Budget Monitoring at Strategic Plan Level’ reports in the Strategic Planning module, it has been ensured that the ‘Strategic Level Type’ filter is listed and reported according to the level type active in the strategic plan.

Corrective and Preventive Actions Module

  • 111315- DR14376- In the CAPA module, if the value of the parameter 39 ‘Can only see the records for which he/she is authorised’ is ‘Yes’, it has been ensured that the person selected as the monitoring responsible can write the monitoring report through the monitoring task even if he/she is not authorised on CAPA.

Event Notification Module

  • 111409- DR14391- In the event notification module, it has been enabled to print the definitions of the list-type fields instead of the ID of the list-type fields in case of drawing a graph according to a separate list-type parametric field (search feature, scored list, list, checkbox list... ) on the X and Z axis on the dashboards.

Device Management System Module

  • 111624- DR14404- In the Device Management module, the error received when clicking on the report creation and closure buttons during work order closure has been corrected and it has been verified that the column widths of the parametric fields are also 500.

System Infrastructure Definitions Module

  • 117493- DR14620- The TCKN encryption error received during media update (when updating from 5.26.1 to 5.26.3) has been fixed.
  • If the user who will receive the announcement is in more than one user group and these groups are selected while creating the announcement, the error of the user receiving the announcement twice has been corrected.

İnner Audit Module

  • 117496- DR14610- In the Internal Audit module, the information edited with the update made in the audit plan was saved.

Contractor Work Permit Tracking Module

  • 117645- DR14669- In the Contractor Work Permit Tracking module, the system error encountered when it is desired to add a new contractor personnel and documents belonging to that personnel to the Contractor Personnel Pool has been corrected.

Suggestion System Module

  • 117685- DR14659- In case the value of the parameter 134 of the suggestion module parameters ‘Should the gain switch to cost as soon as the suggestion actions are closed?’ is ‘No’, after the actions created for the suggestion are closed, it has been ensured that the status of the suggestion switches to Action (Closed) status and its status can be advanced with the Earnings / Cost button.

External Customer Complaint Module

  • 120763- DR14779- For Capa and Customer Complaint modules; In cases where a conditional mandatory field is created and used from the language settings, it has been ensured that the mandatory field is not checked when a newly created customer complaint / Capa record is saved as a draft, and the mandatory field is checked when the registration is made for the same record.

4. Mobile Updates

Audit Activity Module

  • 114215 - DR14430- If the English equivalents of the questions created in the question pool menu in the Audit Activities module are added, the error that the English equivalents of the questions are not displayed when it is desired to perform an audit by logging in in English via mobile has been corrected.

  • The web version must be updated with the 5.26.1.4 package.
