System Infrastructure Definitions Module

149725-DR16415 - In the QDMS Usage Report template, <LOGON_COUNT> and <TOTAL_LOGON_COUNT> tags are now allowed to replace the same values.

Document Management Module

149043-DR16327 - The error regarding the number of documents awaiting review based on department in the Document Dashboard - Department chart has been corrected.
151639-DR16659- When transferring documents to the system and bulk document transfer, the destruction time field is displayed in the document view by ensuring that it is displayed and editable as specified in the folder.
153365-DR16759- The approval error that occurred when the approval matrix of a document was changed by selecting the relevant document from the Integrated Management System - Document Management - Reports - "Cancel - Documents Awaiting Approval" list and using the change approval matrix button has been corrected.

Corrective and Preventive Actions Module

148425-DR16298 - By opening a Corrective and Preventive Activities record with "Update", a warning can now be given by preventing the development report date from being selected to be less than the opening date of the record.
149559-DR14567 - When filtering is done on the module dashboards, the graph is downloaded in the selected format according to the filter.
151713-DR16672 - The error that occurred when the CAPA task to be closed was canceled and the record remained suspended when the cancellation approval was rejected has been fixed. When the record with the CAPA action to be performed goes to cancellation approval, the CAPA action task to be performed in the pending jobs has been dropped.

Action Management Module

149450-DR16380 - In Dashboard Configuration, when X and Z axes are selected in Bar type, the color palette and main theme are reflected in the created chart.
151638-DR16660 - The error that occurs when searching by entering the main action number in the "Action No" field in the filter section of the Action Planning screen, then entering the items page and returning to the back planning page has been corrected.

Customer Complaint Module

151247-DR16618 - The error that occurred when a report was requested from the Customer Complaints General Report menu has been corrected.

Audit Activity Module

144998-DR16099 - If the user to whom the email will be sent is in quarantine while Outlook meeting emails are being created, sending meeting invitations is also prevented.

Education Planning Module

149042-DR16342 - The error that occurs when the filters are empty in the "Department Based Summary Report, Staff Based Summary Report, Education Based Summary Report, Staff Based Detail Report and Education Based Detail Report" reports when the application language is English and transferred to Excel has been corrected.

Survey Operations Module

150835-DR16558 - The problem of not being able to print the selected survey on the Survey Results menu has been fixed. The answers given to the option type and multiple choice type questions are now displayed in the downloaded file when the print button is pressed.

Suggestion System Module

151613-DR16656 - When a suggestion in Expert Evaluation status is brought to pre-evaluation with the "Return to Previous Status" option from the Record Maintenance - Status Change menu, the status of the suggestion is now displayed as "Pre-Evaluation".

OHS Risk Assessment Module

149726-DR16414 - When the "Cancel Revision" or "Cancel Open Actions" option is selected in the Reject button, a confirmation note pop-up is now opened even if the "Use confirmation note" option is not selected.

Incident Notification Module

Supplier Evaluation Module

151564-DR14291 - If a user is in more than one user group in the survey question template defined on the System Infrastructure Definitions - Supplier Evaluation - Supplier Survey Templates page and these groups are selected in the question template definition, the survey is prevented from being duplicated as many times as the number of user groups the user is in on the Integrated Management System - Supplier Evaluation - Supplier Surveys page, thus creating a single survey for a user.
