1. Highlights / New Features​

Action Management and Management Review Module

  • 67532-DR10783- If the user who entered the action item into the system left the job; In the System Infrastructure Definitions - Bimser System Infrastructure Definitions - Definitions - User Approval Transfer Defining menu, it was ensured that the tasks of the user who entered the action item into the system were transferred to another user, and the Rejected Actions task was created in the pending jobs of the user who took over the tasks and transactions could be made. If the action item was rejected during the realisation and the user who entered the action item into the system left the job; In the System Infrastructure Definitions - Bimser System Infrastructure Definitions - Definitions - User Approval Transfer Defining menu, it was ensured that the tasks of the user who entered the action item into the system were transferred to another user, and it was ensured that the Actions Rejected by the Person Who Will Do the Job task was created in the pending jobs of the user who took over the tasks rejected during the action realisation phase and transactions could be made.

System Infrastructure Definitions Module

  • 120661- DR14638- While checking the licence, it has been ensured that users with a minimum of 10 transactions are included in the process of counting the users included in the licence. By adding the ‘minimum number of transactions’ filter to the active user report filter, 10 was displayed as the default value.
  • 122665- DR14929- It has been ensured that ‘ : ’ (colon) punctuation mark (etc. punctuation marks) is used in the system code for a new record to be defined in the Management Systems menu.

2. Improvements​

Document Management Module

  • 130811- In the Document Management module, tag support was provided when powerpoint documents with .ppsx, .ppt, pptm, pptx extensions were replaced to pdf.

3. Fixes​

Document Management Module

  • 125858- DR15236- In the Document Management module, a single task was created in case of multiple clicks on the ‘Save’ button in the Revision Request process.
  • 126663- DR15272- The error received when clicking on the list of documents to be read and the list of important documents to be read in the mobile application has been corrected.

4. Breaking Changes​

  • The web version must be updated with the 5.26.2.2 package.
