1. Highlights / New Features

Training Management Module

  • 40332-DR1073-On the training realisation page, two buttons were added in the form of download participants and upload participants, and development was provided so that the training can be uploaded back to the application after data entries such as excel and participation status score. In the Participation Status field seen in the downloaded excel, ‘1’ or ‘0’ should be written, if the person participated, ‘1’ should be written ‘0’ if the person did not participate. The description field is an optional field that can be filled in. The reason for not participating should be filled in if the person will be updated as not participating. The related field takes double type value. Participation date field is a mandatory field that must be filled if the person participated, that is, if the person is marked as ‘1’.
  • 42312- DR6023- System Infrastructure Definitions-Bimser System Infrastructure Definitions-Configuration Settings-Development has been provided for the records waiting for submission on the training records page to fall into the pending jobs of the relevant expert who will send the record in the form of IBYS Approval Pending Trainings.
  • 46136- DR6946- In the Training Planning module, it has been ensured that the participants who did not attend the training for the previously planned training with the same training definition can be selected and added to the plan for the new training planned with the ‘Select from the Staff Who Did Not Attend the Previous Training’ button.
  • 47008- DR7252- Authorisation to Publish Main Training has been added on the Training Authorisation Matrix page. When the ‘Send Information Mail to All Participants’ button is clicked on the Integrated Management System - Training Planning - Training Plan page, users who are authorised to Publish Main Training will be able to publish their training plans. Users who are not included in the authorisation definition will receive an error ‘You are not authorised’ when they click the button. Main Training Publishing authorisation has been granted for roles and user groups with Main Training Update authorisation.
  • 47655- DR7427- On the training request page, it was ensured that the approvers information is written separated by commas and this information is printed with the APPROVED tag in the training request report.
  • 47656- DR7430- When the training request made in the training planning module is rejected, the detail information is provided as a link in the e-mail content sent to the users. When the link is clicked, the rejection detail page is opened.
  • 55619- DR9085- In the Training Planning module, it was enabled to print parametric fields in the ‘Effectiveness Evaluation Report on Personnel Basis’ and ‘Effectiveness Evaluation Report on Training Basis’.
  • 107012- DR14161- For trainings with a meeting room added, it has been ensured that it is shown as a meeting

External Customer Complaints Module

  • 40356-DR5147- The parametric fields added from the Field Definition and Function Designer menus in the Complaint and Corrective and Preventive Actions modules were selected and used on the X and Z axes on the Maximum Analysis page.
  • 43390- DR6276- In the External Customer Complaint module, it was ensured that the ‘Should security be applied on workplace basis? (Y/N)’ parameter numbered 30 is ‘Yes’ in the sub-workplaces connected to the workplaces. In this context, parameter 199 ‘Should sub-workplaces be included in the workplace-based security application?’ was created. If both parameter values are ‘Yes’, the reports and records of the sub-workplaces to which the workplace is connected can also be displayed.
  • 47848- DR7442- The parameters 235 ‘Report template to be used in the survey module’ for Corrective and Preventive Actions module and 198 ‘Report template to be used in the survey module’ for External Customer Complaint module have been developed. The template added from the report formats must be defined to the value of these parameters. In this report format, if the survey was opened from the CAPA module, it was enabled to replace the CAPA information. If the survey was opened from the Customer Complaint module, it was enabled to replace the Customer Complaint information.
  • 48620- DR7450-  In the Customer Complaint module, it has been enabled to edit all additional file fields (including date update) on the record maintenance page.
  • 97859- DR13260- It has been ensured that other type roles work in all methods that send sms according to sms type.

Corrective and Preventive Actions Module

  • 41102- DR5287- It was enabled to add parametric fields to the monitoring functions for Corrective and Preventive Actions and Customer Complaints modules from language settings.

It has been enabled to create 5 parametric fields in each type. It has been ensured that the values of the relevant parametric fields can be retrieved from the monitoring reports.

  • 42611- DR6085- In the Corrective and Preventive Actions module, it has been ensured that the ‘Update’ operation cannot be performed for Corrective and Preventive Actions records and Corrective and Preventive Actions actions that are rejected as ‘Reject Cancellation’, it has been ensured that the update operation is performed only through record maintenance.
  • 55215- DR8918- In Corrective and Preventive Actions Report, Corrective and Preventive Action Report, CAPA Summary Report, CAPA Effectiveness Evaluation Report and CAPA Detail Report, ‘List the deferrals with expiry date’, ‘List the deferrals closed after the expiry date’ switches were added in the filter tab and reports were obtained according to the selected filter.
  • 86725-DR12503- In the reports on the CAPA and Customer Complaints modules print page, in order to display multiple management systems in the reports, the <YSISTEMLERI> tag was added so that the management systems code and name can be printed with commas.

Calibration (Device Management System)

  • 41290-DR5703- In KAL_ISEMRI_RAP_DETAIL.xls and KAL_ISEMRI_RAP.xls reports, which are among the report formats in the Device Management module, CIHAZ_MALIYETI_BIRIM tag was created to display the device cost unit on the report.
  • 42313- DR5878- The ‘View’ button has been added to the Integrated Management System - Device Management System - Device Identification page. When the relevant button is clicked, all information kept on the device, parametric fields, additional files, process types and measurement constants, as well as the parametric fields of the measurement constants, can be viewed on the page that opens.
  • 45485-DR6745- In the event that the device responsible person leaves the job, is inactive on the personnel identification page or the device responsible position is inactive on the position identification page, the line in the Device Responsible column in the relevant grid on the Device Identification page has been coloured red. In addition, in the event that the position assigned for the device supervisor is vacated by the position holder, the Position Definition (Position Code) is written in red colour as there will be no owner of the position in the Device Supervisor column in the relevant grid on the Device Identification page.
  • 46258- DR6938- 5 Query Type Parametric fields have been added to be used in the Measurement Constants screen. When lblOS_QParam1, lblOS_QParam2, lblOS_QParam3, lblOS_QParam4 and lblOS_QParam5 fields are filled via Language Settings, filled parametric fields are displayed on the measurement constants screen. In order to receive the filled query type parametric fields via KALRAP;
  • <OS_QPARAM1> <OS_QPARAM2> <OS_QPARAM3> <OS_QPARAM4> and <OS_QPARAM5> tags must be used.
  • 46544- DR7056- In the Device Management module, the parameter 73 ‘Should the device location information come automatically for the processes whose section will change?’ has been developed. If the parameter value is ‘Yes’, the new location information is retrieved from the device definition when ‘part will change in calibration’ is selected for the device. If the parameter value is ‘No’, the field is empty.
  • 46545- DR7051- In the work order closure approval in the Device Management module, it was enabled to enter an approval note by the approver and display the entered approval note in the approval tab in the device history.
  • 47156- DR7312- In the Device Management module, it has been ensured that the responsible fields are displayed in red colour on the device identification and transaction execution pages in case the device or transaction responsible person leaves the job or their positions become vacant.
  • 81888-DR12234- In the Device Management module, it has been enabled to support the KAL_YERI_ACK tag on the Workmanship Report and Workmanship Detail Report pages. When this tag is used, it has been ensured that the process location description data is displayed on the reports.

Board Meeting Module

  • 42214- DR6005- Integrated Management System - Board Meeting - When creating a new meeting from the Meetings menu, the personnel selection screen added with the new button in the Participants tab has been made multiple.
  • 45493-DR6764- For the Board Meeting module, the ‘Copy’ button has been added to the System Infrastructure Definitions-Board Meeting-Meeting Resource Definition menu to copy the previously defined meeting resources. If the relevant button is pressed after selecting the meeting resource to be copied, a new resource creation page is created by copying the same resource selected. When the relevant changes are made and saved with the ‘Save’ button, the meeting resource is copied.
  • 55041- DR8935- In case there is more than one chairman in a meeting planned in the board meeting module, an improvement has been made to show the chairmen separated by commas in the cell so that the record is not multiplexed according to the number of chairmen in the general report of the meeting.

Occupation and Periodic Inspection Module

  • 42394- DR6034- In the Occupation and Periodic Inspection module, the ‘Add Multiple Drugs’ button has been developed in the Prescription tab on the Examination Tracking page. In the drug selection screen opened with this button, multiple drugs were selected and displayed on the prescription list with drug detail information.
  • 43293- DR6236- Improvement has been provided so that the control examination description made on pending health checks can be displayed when it is desired to edit the linked examination record in the examination resume.
  • 44192- DR6495- On the examination type identification page, the report formats screen, which is clicked by selecting the examination type on the report formats screen, the create as pdf option has been created so that the report format assigned specifically for the examination can also be taken as pdf. If create pdf is selected in the report format, it is ensured that the output is taken as pdf when the excel button on the view page is clicked when the examination is performed in the relevant examination type.
  • 105915- DR13911- For the Occupation and Periodic Inspection module, parameter 67 ‘Examination follow-up default filter’ has been added. It has been ensured that the ‘workplace, department, user group and title values’ entered in this parameter come automatically for all doctors in the filters in the examination tracking menu.

Document Management Module

  • 42428- DR6038- System Infrastructure Definitions-Document Operations-Batch document link retrieval menu has been developed in order to retrieve document links in the application in bulk.
  • 43446- DR6294- In the document preparation / revision stage, if the document is rejected at the control stage and then re-checked and approved, it has been enabled to calculate the date of the control in the document approval time report based on the last control date before the document is published and displayed in the document approval time report.
  • 45501-DR6703- In the Document Review process, if the value of the parameter 122 ‘Document Review File Viewing redirects to the Document Viewing screen due to security reasons’ is ‘No’, the documents can be displayed with pop-up by considering the viewing format with the ‘View’ button. Documents that are not Pdf or Document Viewer or that cannot be opened on the application due to their format can be downloaded with this button.
  • 45661- DR6692- Changes made in the DATE_FORMAT column in the BSAT024 table of the database used by the QDMS application were reflected in the application interface.
  • 46116- DR6822- In the Document Management module, the replacement operations applied in word and excel were also applied for powert point. When the viewing format is pdf, power point files are displayed in pdf.
  • 46338- DR6980- In the Document Management module, parameters 412 ‘Is additional file mandatory in preparation request?’ and 413 ‘Is additional file mandatory in revision request?’ were added to the parameters. If these parameter values are ‘Yes’, additional files are made mandatory in document preparation request / revision request processes.
  • 46866- DR7074- In the Document Management module, it has been ensured that the dates of notification of the opinions for the opinions received during the document preparation / revision stages are displayed.
  • 46989- DR7226- It has been enabled to show the file path as a label when the document view popup is opened in the document record maintenance, system transfer, document preparation stages, action module.
  • 48623- DR7532- Parameter 410 ‘Should document templates be replaced in controlled/uncontrolled printing?’ has been added to the Document Management module. According to the parameter value, templates are replaced when downloading templates in controlled and uncontrolled copies.
  • 48721- DR7689- For documents that do not have files in different languages on the document viewing and printing pages, it has been ensured that the document file was not found error when these language files are opened.
  • 48748- DR7706- In Document Management module, parameter 414 ‘Do not update review dates in revision’ has been added. If the parameter value is ‘Yes’, it was ensured that the review date of the document after the document revision does not change and the flow works according to the old review date.
  • 53006- DR8591- New query type (query) parametric fields from lblQALAN6 to lblQALAN15 that can be activated from the language settings for the Document Management module have been added. These parametric fields added to the document have been added to the reports. QALAN5_ACK, ....QALAN15_ACK tags must be used to display these parametric fields on the reports.
  • 53948- DR8923- In case the parameter 149 numbered ‘Can the Document View Format be changed at the Document Preparation / Revision stage?’ parameter in the document parameters is ‘Yes’, it has been ensured that the ‘Document View Format’ tab is displayed in the opinion, approval and cancellation approval processes.

  • 66618- DR9149- In the Document Management module, the replacement operations applied in word and excel were also applied for the visio file in Vsdx format. When the viewing format is pdf, power point files are displayed in pdf.
  • 67271-DR9906- ‘In Process’ documents menu has been added under the Document Management menu. The ongoing process of the user and other statuses related to the person are shown here. Parameter 409 ‘In which statuses the document can be retracted (if more than one, separate with comma)’ has been added. When this parameter value is filled, the withdraw process button is displayed on the ‘In Process’ documents page. When the withdraw process button is pressed, it checks the status according to the values in the parameter.
  • 89441- DR12637- In the Document Management module, new tags ‘ON_KONTROLE_GITME_TARIHI2’ and ‘KONTROLE_GITME_TARIHI2’ have been added to the Approval Times Report. With these tags, it was ensured that the dates when the document went to the pre-control and last control were printed on the report. 109204- DR14347- When printing on controlled/uncontrolled page, if the page range information is used in the documents with <PRINT_RANGE> tag and if it is full, the range is written as start page - end page.

System Infrastructure Definitions Module

  • 42509- DR6043- On the System Infrastructure Definitions-Bimser System Infrastructure Definitions-Definitions-Message Body Identification page, it has been enabled to show the message body information in the output received with the excel button.
  • 48630- DR7604- ../BSAT/LogonCardReader.aspx?cs=, it was ensured that the log in the ISMOBILE column in BSAT017A is stored with 2. lblFromCardReader label was added, if it is filled in the language settings, filtering in the QDMS Login Report was enabled. KART_OKUYUCUDAN_MI column has been added to the grid with grdLoginReport ID, if it is filled in the language settings, it is enabled to show whether the entry can be made through the card reader in the grid in the QDMS Entry Report.
  • 48900- DR7759- When users change their passwords for password rules determined within the QDMS application, a warning text has been added on the password change screen to create a password based on the rules determined. In this context, a label with the ID 'lblPassRules' has been added within the System Infrastructure Definitions/Bimser System Infrastructure Definitions/Configuration Settings/Language Settings-System Infrastructure module. By filling in the relevant label to receive information about the password rule, the password rules have been displayed when the user changes their password.
  • 55040- DR8940- System Infrastructure Definitions-Bimser System Infrastructure Definitions-Reports-In My Department Pending Work report, the person who will do the job can be selected as more than one person, and if the person receiving the report is a module admin, instead of listing all personnel in the person to do field, the department users he owns and the people who are subordinate to him as a position have been improved.

Action Management Module

  • 42676- DR6098- The Strategic Planning module has been added to the associated module listbox on the Action Source Definition page (New/Update) and selection has been made possible.
  • 44190- DR6486- The <ORJ_BITISTARIHI>, <PLANLANAN_BITISTARIHI> and <BITISTARIHI> tags were used in the template used in the Action Schedule Report (AKS_CIZELGE_RAPOR.XLSX).
  • 44437- DR6509- In line with the development, the PERIYODIK_TANIM column has been added to the grdKALEMLER TreeList. By default, the Turkish and English language equivalents of the column are sent empty. If the relevant column is filled in via our language settings page, the column can be seen on the Action Item Planning page. It can be seen in the column that the value 'Yes' is written for periodically defined action items and 'No' is written for action items that are not periodically defined.
  • 46115 - DR6797 - The action item record function has been expanded. The fields in the action definition and parametric fields are included in the record maintenance. If the action is currently in approval, the approver cannot be changed.
  • 46122- DR6928- An improvement was made so that the time information on the due date of the defined action items will be 23:59.
  • 47079- DR7260-  Parameter 160 "When you are selected to do the job, should the workplace you will do it be assigned to the workplace field?" has been added to the action module parameters. If the parameter value is "Yes", the Workplace field is automatically filled with the workplace of the person who will "do the job" in the action item definition.
  • 47850- DR7443- Parameter number 162 "Can the main action be changed when copying an item?" has been added to the Action Module parameters. When this parameter value is "Yes", the Main Action can be selected during the action item copying process.
  • 48674- DR7641- If the data in the "Management System" field on the action item planning page is long and does not fit into the field, it is now displayed as a tooltip when hovering over the data.
  • 49030- DR7693- In the Action Management module, multiple list type fields can be created from the language settings to be used in main action planning and action item planning processes.

Parametric fields added as lblLMALAN1, lblLMALAN2, ..., lblLMALAN10 can be used in the main action plan, while parametric fields added as lblKLMALAN1, lblKLMALAN2, ..., lblKLMALAN10 can be used in action items. If the relevant labels are filled in, they can be displayed on the main action planning / action item planning screens.

  • 55039- DR8941- System Infrastructure Definitions - Action - Action Performer menu, Periodic Action Performer, Periodic Action Responsible, New Periodic Action Performer and New Periodic Action Responsible fields have been added. Periodic Action Performer, Periodic Action Responsible information in periodic actions can now be changed.
  • 56091- DR9175- In the Action Status Analysis Report, multiple selection of the main action is enabled on the filter screen.
  • 66913- DR10661- In the Action Management module, on the action item display page, the Qualification Information data filled during Action Closing Approval is now displayed in the Action History tab.
  • 67232-DR10720- In the Action Management module, support for the <YAYINTARIHI> tag has been added to the AnaAksiyonRaporu.xlsx template to display the date the main action was published in the Main Action Report.
  • 109197- DR14258- If the "Change on Execution/Delay?" parameter is not active in the action source field definition, when the action item is opened by clicking the "Update" button during execution, source-based parametric fields cannot be changed.
  • 109201- DR14252- When the 'Change Person to Perform the Task' and 'Change Subject' buttons are used in Actions Rejected by the Person Performing the Task in the Action Management module, the action is now moved to the reopen approval flow.

Strategic Planning Module

  • 45665 - DR6814 - In the Strategic Planning module, according to the parameter number 38 "How many levels should be open in the strategy tree?", the level of openness in the strategy tree was improved. When Zero (0) was selected in the parameter value, all breaks were made open. When there was a different value, the breaks were made open up to that level. The sequence number field was added to the Strategic Planning Definition Page and if a value was entered in this field, it was ensured that the sp pages were sorted according to this value.

Suggestion System Module

  • 42778- DR6117- System Infrastructure Definitions - Action - Action Parameters - By writing the desired statuses in the parameter number 63 "Statuses for which additional files are required", it is possible to make it mandatory to add additional files to a suggestion in the action planning phase. Or, in the System Infrastructure Definitions - Suggestion - Suggestion Parameters - main action code parameter of the action to be opened when the suggestion is accepted, the mandatory addition of additional files can be made by selecting "Statuses for which additional files are required" in the main action source to which the main action is connected.
  • 52950- DR8729- System Infrastructure Definitions - Suggestion - Suggestion Parameters - 5 characters long data can be written to the parameter value of the "Currency" parameter number 26. The value written to this parameter is displayed in the Suggestion cost information in the Profit/Cost analysis status..
  • 52951- DR8715- System Infrastructure Definitions - Bimser System Infrastructure Definitions - Configuration Settings - Language Settings page, for "Text" and "Text (Multiple Line)" type fields where mandatory information can be specified, when the "Is it mandatory?" information is selected as yes, the "Minimum Characters" field opens where the minimum number of characters to be entered in the text type field can be determined. If fewer characters are entered than the minimum character value, a warning is given and the flow is not advanced.
  • 55226- DR9083- With the parameter number 169 added to the Suggestion System module, "Should unchangeable fields in the Suggestion entry be hidden?", the fields that cannot be intervened by the user during suggestion entry are not displayed on the page.
  • 55316- DR9100- In the Suggestion module, the closing date information of the suggestions with closure approval or closed suggestion status can be displayed on the Integrated Management System - Suggestion - Reports - Evaluation Status Report page. For this purpose, a "Closing Date" field was created in the language settings ("grdOnDegerlendirmeRapor") to be used in the Suggestion Evaluation Report grid, with the "Closing Date" field being empty. The Suggestions closing date information can now be printed on the report with the <KAPATMA_TAR> tag.

Event Notification Module

  • 43002- DR6109- When the parameter "Send delay e-mails in bulk?" is set to yes in the System Infrastructure Definitions parameters for Risk-Event modules and the delay e-mails are sent in bulk to the user who will perform the job, the user's delayed jobs are sent with a link. When the System Infrastructure Definitions - Risk - Risk Parameters - Main Form ID parameter numbered 67 is empty, the definition of the main form is displayed in the other information column in the delay e-mail.
  • 48720- DR7683 - In the Event Notification module, parameter number 237 "After approval pages opened from pending jobs, redirect to pending jobs instead of details page" has been added, and if the parameter value is "Yes", when the Event Notification - New Record page is returned, when the approval process is completed, it is directed to the pending jobs page. Similarly, for tasks opened on the pending jobs page, the return is made to the pending jobs page.

Audit Activities Module

  • 44118- DR6465- If the parameter value of System Infrastructure Definitions - Audit Activity - Audit Parameters - "Should the team leader be assigned from the audited unit managers in CAPAs opened from audit?" is "Yes", the first user among the users selected in the Integrated Management System - Audit Activity - Audit Plans - Audit Plans - Audits - "Audited Unit Managers" field is assigned as the team leader and the remaining users are assigned as team members. If the parameter value of the parameter is "No", all the audited unit managers are assigned as team members. In order for the transaction to be performed, the parameter value of System Infrastructure Definitions - Audit Activity - Audit Activities Module parameters - "Open CAPA and Action from Findings with a button" parameter number 79 must be "No".
  • 44955- DR6615- System Infrastructure Definitions - Bimser System Infrastructure Definitions - Configuration Settings - Transfers - Audit Transfer - When audit transfer is performed, customers and suppliers associated with the audit can be printed in the audit report. The <ILGILI_TEDARIKCILER> tag for suppliers and <ILGILI_MUSTERILER> tag for customers should be written in the audit report template (DENETIM_RAPORU) and uploaded to the System Infrastructure Definitions - Bimser System Infrastructure Definitions - Configuration Settings - Report Formats page.
  • 45624- DR6820- More than one file can be uploaded at a time by selecting it in the additional files tab of the Integrated Management System - Audit Activity - Pending Audits - Audit Performance page.
  • 46076- DR6909- During the auditing phase of the audit module, additional files added to the questions in the "Answers" tab are now listed and added to the grid when the "Open Finding" button is clicked
  • 46123 - DR6934 - Reports - Joint Audit Report page and the Integrated Management System - Audit Activity - Audit Plans page with the "Plan - Joint Audit Report" button, has been made possible to print files added to the findings of the audit with a link. The <BULGU_EK> tag should be added to the report format and the additional file column should be at the end.
  • 46828- DR7143- Image type fields defined in the finding definition page in the audit module are now printed in the Audit Finding Report.
  • 47851- DR7461- System Infrastructure Definitions - Audit Activities - Audit Parameters - If the parameter number 63 "Should the audit report be protected?" is set to "Yes", the additional files added to the audit are now printed in the report with a link.
  • 66912- DR10648- If the "Enter to Calendar" option is selected in the "Audit Planning" phase for Lead Auditors and Auditors, the tasks to be displayed on the Outlook calendar are now processed as "Audit Start-End Date".
  • 67277-DR10197- In the audit module, an audit is performed where the list of questions can be answered on a single page, while in the "Answers" tab, it is now possible to search the grid containing the questions.

OHSAS Risk Assessment Module

  • 45658- DR6828- When the value of the parameter number 176 "When deleting a measure, should the associated CAPA/Action be cancelled?" is "Yes", depending on this parameter, both the CAPA and action type measures associated with the risk record will be transferred to the cancellation status of the action record when the risk record is deleted, and the CAPA record will be transferred to the cancellation status after the approval process is completed.

Survey Process Module

  • 48632- DR7616- In the survey management module, the department and workplace information of the participants who filled out or did not fill out the survey was also displayed on the results page for the internal survey. For this, the language equivalents of the filling workplace information and filling department information columns should be entered in the language settings "grdDolduranlar" table.
  • 66617- DR8869- Pagination was enabled with the page separator adding button on the internal survey, external survey, and standard survey creation pages.

Personal Protective Equipment Module

Legislation Tracking Module

  • 54849- DR9025- Review periods of articles of legislation can be printed on the report taken from Integrated Management System - Legislation Tracking - Reports - Legislation Report page. The numerical value of the review period can be printed on the report with the <MADDE_GOZDEN_GECIRME_PERIYODU> tag, the numerical value and frequency of the review period (day, month, year) with the <MADDE_GOZDEN_GECIRME_PERIYODU_ACK> tag, and the frequency of the review period (day, month, year) with the <MADDE_T3_VALUE> tag.

Emergency Situations Module

  • 54949- DR9041- In the Emergency Situations module, multiple selections have been made possible in the "Workplace, Drill Type, Drill Manager and Status" fields in the filter tab. An improvement has been made in the Drill Date field to allow filtering between specific dates.

Environmental Risk Management Module

  • 65001- DR9770- The "Bulk Risk Update" menu has been added to the risk modules infrastructure definition page. The changes to the parametric fields added to the risk details form (fields calculated with formulas, file, risk, tab, label, table and fields other than the fields in the table) have been made in bulk.
  • 69654-DR11092- In the "Most Analysis" graph in the risk modules, a status field was added to the X and Z axes to enable selection.
  • 77475-DR11934- Integrated Management System - Environmental Risk Assessment - Risk Assessment Form Definition - Details - If the revision number of the risk record is not "0", all changes made to the record can be listed with the "Should Old Revisions Also Be Listed?" checkbox in the history tab.

Process Risk Assessment Module

  • 81064-DR12041- SUREC_SAHIPLERI tag has been added to display process owners in the report to work in Risk Assessment Details, General Risk List and Single Report.

2. Mobile Updates

Document Management Module

  • 44439- DR6513- The parameter number 231 "Should the Approver select the person to return to on the Reject screen?" in the document parameters has been made available for use on mobile devices as well. The buttons "Reject - Send to Pre-Controller", "Reject - Send to Preparer/Reviser", "Reject - Send to Controller" have been added to the buttons of the document navigated from the Pending Tasks - Documents Awaiting Approval task. If the parameter number 76 "Should Pre-Control be Used in the Document?" in the document parameters is "No", the "Reject - Send to Pre-Controller" button does not appear.
