Occupation and Periodic Inspection Module

117735- DR14316- The parameter ‘282-If the TR identity number entered in the system in the job application examination and the TR identity number from the integration after the person's employment are the same, should they be automatically merged?’ has been added to the System Infrastructure Definitions parameter. If the value of this parameter is ‘Yes’, if the ‘TR Identity Number’ information entered for the personnel in the recruitment examination and the data matching the same TR Identity Number from the personnel data created by HR in the system after the employment of the personnel, this information is merge and integration is automatically performed. Thus, the need for the physician to perform transactions through the Bimser System Infrastructure Definitions-Definitions-Employment Examination Finalisation menu has been eliminated.

OHS Risk Assessment Module

128813- DR15365- If a parametric field defined in Bimser System Infrastructure Definitions-Configuration Settings-Parametric Field-Field Definition menu is opened via ‘4-Control Definition’ with ‘Function Designer’ menu and ‘Show on Grid’ option is selected; these parametric fields are displayed on the grid, on the control selection page and in the filter field of this page in the Risk Assessment-Details-Controls tab. In addition, it was ensured that the related parametric fields are displayed on the list view on the grid and on the filtering page in the Bimser System Infrastructure Definitions-Definitions-Controls-Control Definition menu.

Document Management Module

133812- DR15661- For the value selected in the parameter 91 ‘To whom Revision Requests should be sent (Reviser: R, Responsible: S, Administrator: Y)’ of the Document Management parameters, the error that the document revision requests task goes to the person who leaves the job and falls into delay in case the user leaves the job has been corrected.
139573- DR15838- When the value of the parameter 122 -Document Review File Viewing redirects to the Document Viewing screen for security reasons‖ from the Document Management parameters is ‘No’ and the value of the parameter 5 -Who should the document review e-mails be sent to? H (Preparer), R (Reviser), S (Responsible), G (Reviewer). When the value of the parameter ‘When the value of the parameter “G” is “G”, if the data entry is made in the “Reviewer” field from the folder settings on the relevant folder where the document is located and the “Reviewer” field on the relevant document is left blank, the error received during the operation of the review task falling to the reviewer selected from the folder and the display of the relevant document has been corrected.

OHS Risk Assessment Module

134036- DR15650- When ‘Date of Day Default Assigned’ is checked in the ‘lblGozdenGecirmeTar’ label in the language settings for Risk Assessment modules, it has been ensured that the date of the day information is read-only when reviewing for risk. When ‘Default Date of the Day’ is not selected in the relevant language setting, date selection can be made in the review process and this selection is reflected in the grid.

Field Detection Management Module

134167-DR15750- In the Field Audit module, a file-type parametric field was added, and after the active status, visible status and mandatory status settings were made on the function designer, it was ensured that this field works according to the statuses determined in the field audit and behaviour-oriented audit stages.

Action Management and Management Review Module

139571- DR15858- In the event that an action is opened on the question while performing an audit in the Audit Activity module, the error of sending the notification mail published after the action item is created to the users twice when the audit passes to the closing stage has been corrected.
