Customer Complaints Module

160599-DR17332- In the customer complaints module, when a closed record is entered with the record maintenance button, when the root cause is added and saved with the add button in the root cause field, the added root cause is displayed on the record maintenance screen. When the related record is opened with the view button, the added root cause is also displayed.

Contractor Work Permit Module

160228- DR17303- In the Contractor Work Permit module, it has been ensured that the personnel selected as unsuitable in the ISG approval are also displayed as unsuitable in the field work report.

System Infrastructure Definitions Module

160844-DR17408- It has been enabled to change the supplier group information when it is desired to update a record on the Customer Supplier Identification page.

Document Management Module

Action Management Module

158699-DR17167- In the Action Management module, when the parameter “Should security be applied on the basis of workplace?” is yes, it has been ensured that users who are not module administrators have the workplace filter selected on the dashboard pages and cannot make changes.
159443-DR17185-If the “Can the Closing Approver Update the Action?” parameter is no, it has been ensured that the approver can only view the action record in the additional file tab while the action record is in the closing approval.
160099-DR17289-The problem that the number of additional files added in the action planning, realisation and approval stages and the number written in the additional file tab appear differently has been fixed and the number of additional files and the number written in the additional file tab have been made equal.

Customer Complaints Module

Training Management Module
