QDMS - Document Parameter 252 - Tags Control

When this parameter is yes, the system should write QDMSTag in the field number 3 in the following field in the file (fixed) The value field number 4 should be defined as DokümanKodu_Revno_DilKodu. This feature uploads the document according to the template control.

In short, just as the staging template was uploaded, users created a structure that required them to download and upload the relevant template while preparing a document in that folder. The following image is an example.

Even if we do not make any additions, when revising a document on the QDMS side, it is mandatory to upload the downloaded file when the view file button is clicked. The system will not load from a different template (even if the file names are the same).
